Epidemiological Profile of Congenital Cardiopathy Neonatal Revelation in Tehran
Congenital heart disease is the most common congenital disorder in newborns represents a major cause of perinatal death. The prevalence of these malformations is still unrecognized in Tunisia because of the lack of a national register. The aim of this study was describe the epidemiological and clinical aspects of the heart diseases with neonatal diagnosis in Tunisia.

Different RNA extraction methods have been described, but RNA quality and yield may vary among the different techniques and biological study species. To date, there is no standardized method for extraction and purification of RNA from Candida genus yeasts.
Synergistic Eeffect of Polyene Antifungals and Silver Nanoparticles Against Candida Parapsilosis
Candidiasis is a fungal infection caused by yeasts of the genus Candida spp. Among several pathogenic Candida species, we can highlight the C. parapsilosis due to susceptibility profile. Amphotericin B and nystatin are polyene antifungal drugs most frequently used to combat this type of infection. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) also have antifungal properties and can also provide synergistic action when combined with classic antifungals. Therefore, the aim of this study was evaluate the synergistic action of AgNPs, amphotericin B and nystatin against C. parapsilosis.

The aim of this study were to evaluate the epidemiology and describe the characteristics of patients with documented infections superficial or invasive caused by Candida species isolates in a Constantine teaching hospital and determine the risk factors.
Topical Delivery System for Phytochemicals: Capsaicin and Capsicum Tincture
Capsaicin, an active ingredient of Capsicum fruit, is currently undergoing “revival” in the clinical management of pain. However, the choice of its formulation is rather limited to the use of “old-fashioned” tinctures and recently the patches. In an attempt to improve the therapeutic outcome and develop its skin-friendly formulation, we prepared the vesicle-based drug delivery system with capsaicin.
