For renal sympathetic laser denervation (RSLD) we have tested endoluminal, segmental, laser catheter radiation of renal arteries by
using continuous wave 1064nm Nd:YAG laser light. A total of 74 laser impacts at 15 to 20W/15-80 s (4.5 to 30 J/mm²) were applied
in the left (n=34) and the right (n=40) renal artery in 6 anesthetized healthy pigs by using the open irrigated laser catheter RytmoLas®
(CE 0481), introduced via the femoral artery and manipulated under X-ray control towards the renal arteries by means of a steerable
AGILIS sheath.

A Rare Case Report of Primary Pure Pleomorphic Liposarcoma of Breast with Cytological and Histopathological Findings
Sarcomas of a breast are rare tumors. Primary mammary liposarcomas are rarer still. The peak incidence of breast liposarcomas in adults occur between 4th and 6th decades. We report a case of primary breast pleomorphic liposarcoma in a 70 years old female patient. FNAC of the tumor was non-specific. However, histopathological along with immunohistochemical studies clinched the diagnosis.
Gross and Histopathological Alterations in Experimental Trypanosoma Evansi Infection in Donkeys and the Effect of Isometamidium Chloride Treatment
Trypanosoma evansi (T. evansi) infection causes wasting and fatal animal trypanosomosis. This study was aimed at determining the gross and histopathological alterations in donkeys experimentally infected with T. evansi and the effect of isometamidium chloride treatment. Apparently healthy donkeys (N=18) of mixed sexes were randomly assigned to 3 groups; A1 (Infected-untreated), A2 (Infected, isometamidium-treated) and B (Uninfected, control) of six animals each. Each animal in infected groups had about 2.0x106 T. evansi injected through the jugular vein. Parasitaemia levels were evaluated using HCT and Mice Inoculation Test (support test). Gross and histopathological examinations were also conducted post-infection and post-treatment.

Hypoglossal Schwannoma: A Rare Case Report
Hypoglossal schwannomas are rare cranial base neoplasm arising from schwann cells of the XIIth cranial nerve. We report a case of 45 year old lady with history of headache for 2 years and difficulty in swallowing for 1 year. On evaluation, she was found to have left hypoglossal paresis, atrophy of tongue muscles on left side and a smooth oropharyngeal bulge on left side.
