Tackling Aggravated Climatic Civil and Meteorological Aviation Weather Challenges Through Technology Transmission (Tacmwc

The paper will be discussed the forthcoming natural and manmade catastrophic events. One day which may affect our Natural Eco – System and its existing Air – Environments’ Climatic Weather Aviation Meteorological Challenges Changing Conditions/ Occurrences, which are abruptly degrading air quality index (AQI) day by day, due to the generation of the Contaminated/ Polluted Constituents/ Black Carbon Soot Particles Emission in the form of solid, liquid and gaseous substances Whole Around the GLOBE at Local, Regional and Worldwide Scale. Detailed project Kurkuti – Ghamsali – Niti Highway explored for civil engineering highway construction may influence on various types of meteorological weather parameters/ proceedings during the construction highways’ road network. The promotion of cleaner, climate – friendly technologies and improved environmental management practices for enhanced livelihood sustainability and fostering resilience requires resources, which are fast – tracking speedily and all have strong interlinks/ connections through highway roads networks in civil engineering/ buildings/ industries producing anthropogenic substance in natural eco – system and its environment as depicted in Figure 1: Scheme Accomplishment Purposes and Judgment Creation Effort – Lifespan Progression…!!! Beyond Mosquito Vectors: A Typical Transmission Routes of Dengue Virus

Dengue fever remains an annual worldwide threat to human health, even though Aedes eradication programs based on the typical route of mosquito- borne transmission have successfully controlled dengue epidemics to a considerable extent. Interestingly, most cases of dengue infection in humans reported in the tropical regions of Asia, Oceania, Africa, and the Americas are due to horizontal transmission. This suggests contribution of atypical transmission routes to continuous infections.

SARS-CoV-2 Pneumonia in A Preterm New born Treated Successfully by Dexamethasone

Data on illness in preterm infants due to severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is limited. Duration of viral shedding and treatment options including use of dexamethasone to treat SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia in preterm newborns are scarce and not-well reported. We are reporting SARS-COV-2 positive sick preterm twins vertically infected from SARS-COV-2 positive unvaccinated mother. Twin B initially tested negative at 24 & 48 hours of life (HOL) but subsequently tested positive at 72 HOL and developed SARS-COV-2 pneumonia and required a longer duration of respiratory support. We treated her with 10 days of dexamethasone and noted a good clinical response. To our knowledge, we are first to report the use dexamethasone in a premature newborn with SARS-COV-2 pneumonia. Additionally, the duration of viral shedding in both Twin A and Twin B was between 4-5 weeks.

Ecological and Health Infrastructure Factors Affecting the Transmission and Mortality of COVID-19

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has be designated a pandemic less than 4 months after its first outbreak. Due to the novelty of the virus, there is little understanding of how ecological factors affect transmission of the coronavirus. This study aims to determine the relationship of temperature, absolute humidity, and health infrastructure on COVID-19 transmission and mortality.

Narrative Review of Challenges and Considerations in Resuming Elective Gynaecology Surgery in Climate of Continuing Community Transmission of Covid-19 in a Low Resource Setting

The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic in March 2020 and since then COVID-19 infection has been reported in all parts of the world. Several Healthcare systems reduced or canceled none emergency or urgent surgeries to effectively manage the pandemic. Recently, the reported incidence of new cases of COVID-19 has reduced in some regions and some Healthcare systems are resuming elective gynecologic surgery. This narrative review explores the challenges of planning and resuming elective gynecologic surgery in a climate of continuing community transmission.

A Review on How Animals Contribute as a Factor to Antibiotic Resistance

The development and spread of antibiotic resistance have become a major cause of concern. Over a past few decades, no major new types of antibiotics have been produced and almost all known antibiotics are losing their activity against pathogenic organisms. Overuse and misuse of antimicrobials in animals and humans is contributing to the rising threat of antibiotic resistance as some types of infections in humans have already developed resistance to most of the antibiotics available for treatment.
