Dr. Jing-Huei Lee is a professor and the graduate program director of Biomedical Engineering. He is also the scientific director of the Center for Imaging Research at the University of Cincinnati. He completed his Ph.D. at State University of New York. He received many awards and honors. He authored numerous articles and he is a member of several professional organizations.
Dr. Jing-Huei Lee’s teaching interests include bioinstrumentation, nuclear magnetic resonance, magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy, and biomedical research design. His research interests includes active noise control for MRI; development and implementation of new fMRI techniques in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience, and in normal and diseased brains; development and utilization of MRI/ MRS methodologies for studying metabolism, bioenergetics, and function of the brain in subjects with bipolar disorder, cognitive impairment, and Parkinson’s disease.
