Dr. Gregory Kouraklis is currently working as Chairman of Surgery in the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He obtained his M.D. from the University of Athens, Greece. He did his postgraduate education in Greece and USA, he holds the specialty of General Surgery, with special interest in Surgical Oncology. He worked as Editorial Board member and as reviewer for many journals.
He has published more than 225 scientific publications in peer reviewed international journals, plus 150 in National journals and more than 200 presentations in International Scientific Meetings or Congresses.
Dr. Gregory Kouraklis research interests include Tumour cells, anal fistula upper abdominal surgery and gastric cancer.
