Dr. Muhammad Bilal is currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China (2023–2025). He earned his Eng.D. (Ph.D.) in Information and Communication Engineering from the same institution in 2021. Prior to that, he completed his M.E. in Telecommunication Engineering from Hamdard University, Pakistan (2013), and his B.S. in Telecommunication Engineering from FAST–National University, Pakistan (2009). His research interests encompass Wireless Communication, Machine Learning, Underwater Communication, OFDM, and Classification Techniques. Dr. Bilal’s work focuses on advancing communication technologies for challenging environments, integrating intelligent algorithms to enhance data transmission and signal processing efficiency.

Dr. Mehmet Celenk is currently working as a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ohio University, US. He received his Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1983. He received many awards and grants. He has published 300 articles and is an active reviewer for numerous professional societies, journals/transactions, publishers, and funding agencies.  

Research: Dr. Mehmet Celenk’s research area includes image/video processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, multi-sensory networking, data fusion, distributed computing, multimedia, medical imaging, and digital systems.

Dr. Mohammad Yamin is presently working as a full professor at the Department of Management Information Systems of the King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He completed his PhD in 1983 from the Australian National University, Australia. He also holds an adjunct position at the Australian National University. He has over thirty years of research and teaching experience in many international universities including Australian National University and the University of Canberra in Australia. He has published several research articles in refereed journals and conference proceedings. He has also served the Australian federal government in various positions for over four years. Dr. Mohammad Yamin’s expertises include Database Management, Modelling, Semantic Analysis, Hajj and Crowd Management, BPR, Cloud Computing, E-Learning, E-Business and E-Government.

Dr. Osman Balci is Professor of Computer Science and Director of the Mobile/Cloud Software Engineering Lab at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Boğaziçi University; M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Syracuse University. He received many award and honors. He is a member of professional societies; Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Society for Modeling and Simulation International, etc. He has numerous publications and he is also acting as editorial board member and reviewer for peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Ruijian Zhang is currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science at Purdue University Calumet, United States. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at University of Houston, USA. He published many articles. Dr. Ruijian Zhang’s research interests includes Software Engineering, Database systems, Data Mining, Data Analysis in Biology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Programming, and Computer Architecture.  

Dr. Li Liao is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer & Information Sciences at University of Delaware United States. He received Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics at Peking University and worked as assistant professor. He has over 60 peer-reviewed publications, and is a senior member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and an editorial board member for three journals.  

Research: Dr. Li Liao’s research interest include bioinformatics, genome sequencing assembly, gene and protein functional annotation and prediction, protein structure and interaction, gene regulatory and biological network analysis, machine learning.

Dr. Radha Nagarajan is currently an Associate Professor in the Division of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Kentucky, US. He completed Ph.D. in the Department of Applied Science at University of Arkansas. He also worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He published many books, book chapters, abstracts and articles. He is a member of several professional societies and is also acting as editorial member and reviewer of peer reviewed journals. 

Research: Dr. Radha Nagarajan’s research interest involves knowledge discovery from high-dimensional molecular and healthcare data using advanced machine learning and network science approaches. Application areas include: Translational Bioinformatics, Personalized Medicine, Systems Biology, and Social Networks.

Dr. Natalia A. Schmid is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University, US. She completed her Ph.D. in Engineering at Russian Academy of Sciences and D.SC. in Electrical engeneering at Washington University in St. Louis. Russia. She also worked as Postdoctoral Research Associate at University of Illinois and Washington University. She received many awards. She authored book chapters, articles. She is acting as a member of professional organizations, editorial board and also as reviewer for journals and conference proceedings.  

Research: Dr. Natalia A. Schmid’s research interests include biometric modalities such as face and iris, fusion of biometric modalities, and performance analysis of biometric systems in general.

Dr. Lotfi A. Zadeh is currently working as Emeritus professor in the Computer Science Division of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department at University of California, Berkeley, US. In addition, he is serving as the Director of Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing (BISC). He is an alumnus of the University of Tehran, MIT and Columbia University. He has single-authored over 240 papers and serves on the editorial boards of over eighty journals. He received several awards and honors. He is a member of the many professional organizations.    

Research: Dr. Lotfi A. Zadeh’s research currently is focused on extended fuzzy logic and Z-numbers, semantics of natural languages, computational theory of perceptions, computing with words, Artificial intelligence, Decision analysis.

Dr. Young Lee is Associate Professor of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, US. He completed his Ph.D., Computer Science and Software Engineering at Auburn University. He held several positions during his carrier. He authored many book chapters, abstracts, and articles.  

Research: Dr. Young Lee’s research interests include Web-Mobile-Sensor Framework, Software Metrics, Visualization for Programming education and Mobile Health System.

Dr. Jianguo Zhang is an Associate Professor of Visual Computation in School of Computing, University of Dundee, United Kingdom. Previously, he worked a lecturer with Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Queen’s University Belfast, UK.  He is a guest editor of Pattern Recognition Journal.  He is an area chair of BMVC 2013, 2012 and 2011. He has published widely, and regularly served as PC members/referees for prestigious international journals and top conferences.  

Research: Dr. Jianguo Zhang’s research interests include Video Surveillance, Lip- and Gait-based Biometrics, Object recognition, Machine learning, Medical image Analysis.

Dr. Christophe Rosenberger is a full professor in the department of Computer Science at National school of engineering and also Leads E-payment & Biometrics" research unit at GREYC research laboratory. He has many publications.

Research: Dr. Christophe Rosenberger’s primary research interest focuses on authentication of an individual using information biometrics, Development of biometric systems, Biometric systems Evaluation and Protection of biometrics.

Dr. Gongping Yang is a Professor in School of Computer Science and Technology at Shandong University, China. He completed his PhD at Shandong University, China and worked as lecturer and associate professor. He is a member of many professional organizations and committees. He published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals.  

Research: Dr. Gongping Yang;s research interest includes Biometrics, Pattern Recognition, Image Processing and Agent based Computing. 

Dr. George Baciu is a Professor in the Department of Computing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  He holds degrees in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and a PhD degree in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo. He has been a member of the Waterloo Computer Graphics Lab and the Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence group. He is the founding director of the Graphics and Multimedia Applications and Big Data Visual Analytics Laboratories at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has published extensively and has served as chair of international conference committees such as Pacific Graphics, Virtual Reality Software and Technology, Eurographics, Computer Graphics International, CAD/Graphics, and Computer Animation and Social Agents, Cognitive Informatics. He is also a member of IEEE and ACM.

Research: Dr. George Baciu’s research interests include high performance collision detection, motion synthesis and dynamics of large scale deformable surfaces for virtual clothing, geometric modeling, image processing and scalable micro-surface reconstruction.

Dr. Carlos M. Travieso-González is an Associate Professor at University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He received the M.Sc. degree in 1997 in Telecommunication Engineering at Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Ph.D. degree in 2002 at University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He was a researcher in more than 34 International and Spanish Research Projects. He is co-author of 2 books, co-editor of 7 Proceedings Book, Guest Editor for international journals and many book chapters. He has over 300 papers published in international journals and conferences and published a patent and two more is under revision.  

Research: Dr. Carlos M. Travieso-González’s research lines are biometrics, biomedical signals, data mining, classification system, signal and image processing, and environmental intelligence.

Dr. Wang Chin-Tsan is working as Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering at National I Lan University,Taiwan. He received his PhD in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics National Cheng Kung University. He was awarded the honor of University Distinguished Professor in 2011 and presented with a National Academic Award in 2013. He has 14 patents, authored book chapters, articles and attended several Conferences.  

Research:  Dr. Wang Chin-Tsan’s research area Biometric flow mixing, Microbial fuel cells, Micro fluidic devices and fuel cell flow slabs. 

Dr. Robert luk is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Computing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. He completed his Ph.D. in the School of Electronics & Computer Science at University of Southampton. He also worked as Visiting Research Scholar at the Center for Intelligent Information Retrieval in the Computer Science Department at University of Massachusetts. He received many awards and grants, Technology Transfer Award, Certificate of Merit for 2009 and 2012, Successful patent award from HKPU and so on. He is a member of several professional committees, and is acting as reviewer of peer reviewed journals. He authored many book chapters and articles. Dr. Robert luk’s research interest includes Information Retrieval, Algorithmics, Pattern Recognition, Speech Processing, Natural Language Processing, Chinese Computing, and Computational Linguistics.

Dr. Anne M P Canuto is currently working as an associate professor in the informatics and applied mathematics department, Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. She received her PhD degree from the University of Kent. She has published over 100 articles in scientific journals and conferences.  

Research: Dr. Anne M P Canuto’s research interest includes pattern recognition, biometri-based identification, cancellable biometrics.

Dr. Ahmad M. Al-Khasawneh is present associate professor of Information Systems at Hashemite University, School of Computer Information Systems, Jordan. He earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technology in the School of Science at Newcastle University, Australia. He is a member of many Scientific Societies. He received several awards and has many publications. 

Dr. Mandava Rajeswari is a Professor at School of Computer Science, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. She obtained her Master of Technology (M. Tech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India and PhD in Electrical Engineering specializing in Image Processing and Machine Vision from the University of Wales, UK.  She has authored several journal publications, book chapters and also conference proceedings. She is a member of IEEE, ACM and MICCAI.  She has developed several machine vision solutions for industrial automation. She leads a large group of researchers including Computer Scientists and Medical Specialists in developing IT solutions, systems and computer assisted diagnosis related to medical images. 

Research: Dr. Mandava Rajeswari’s research interests include Neuroimage Analysis – Diffusion Weighted imaging, Tractography, Biomarkers for Neurodegeneration; Medical Image Analysis -  Multispectral image segmentation, Image Analysis, Image Annotation and Knowledge Guided Segmentation;  Multimodal Knowledge Extraction - Image Semantics Extraction, Semantic based Indexing and Retrieval, Integrating Text and Image semantics; Machine Intelligence - Kernel Machines, Kernel Learning,  Metaheuristic Search, Multiobjective Optimization, Fuzzy and Rough Sets.

Dr. Hamidah Ibrahim is working Professor, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Universiti Putra Malaysia. She completed his Ph.D. Department of Computer Science, University of Wales Cardiff, UK. She authored many books and articles. 

Research: Dr. Hamidah Ibrahim research interests include Data management, integrity maintenance, checking, ontology, schema, data integration, ontology, schema, data mapping, cache management, access control, transaction processing, query optimization, query reformulation, preference evaluation, context-aware, information extraction, concurrency control.

Dr. Shahrel Azmin Suandi is currently working as an Associate Professor at School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia and the Coordinator of Intelligent Biometric Group (IBG). Prior to joining the university, he worked as an engineer at Sony Video (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn. Bhd. for almost six years. He received his B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering, M.Eng. and D.Eng. degrees in Information Science from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan, He is a member of IET, IEEE, ACM, IEICE and senior member of IACSIT. He has served as a reviewer to a few prestige international conferences and journals. 

Research: Dr. Shahrel Azmin Suandi’s research interests includes Artificial Intelligence- Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition; face and facial features detection, tracking, recognition, object tracking for motion and state recognition in video sequence and Principal component analysis (PCA), template matching, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN), AdaBoost, Statistical Learning.

Dr Lili Nurliyana Abdullah is working as Associate Professor in the department of Multimedia, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. She completed her PhD at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She is serving many jourmals and conferences as reviewer. She received many awards and honors. She authored book chapters, articles and conference proceedings and is a member of several professional associations.  

Research: Dr Lili Nurliyana Abdullah’s field of research interests includes Image Processing, Information Visualization, Virtual Environment, Multimedia System, Animation, Games, Video Processing and Information Retrieval. 

Dr. Syed Zulkarnain Syed Idrus is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Human Development and Technocommunication at University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Applications from Universite de Caen Basse-Normandie, France and M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. He received many awards and he is a member of several professional committees. He has many publications in peer reviewed journals.  

Research: Dr. Syed Zulkarnain Syed Idrus's research interests include Biometrics, Pattern recognition, Computer security and information and Communication technology.

Dr. Yogendra Narain Singh is working as Professor of Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Institute of Engineering & Technology, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, India. He received the M. Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India and PhD degree at Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi India. He has authored two books. He has to his credit over forty research or review articles published in International Journals of repute. He has attended several conferences and member of many professional bodies/committees.

Research: Dr. Yogendra Narain Singh is interested in the areas of Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning Methods & Algorithms, Computer Vision, Medical Image Computing and Biometrics. His research aim is to explore the knowledge of Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, and Biological Sciences to provide the solutions to the problems related to Biometric Recognition, Machine Vision, Intelligent Medical Computation and Human Computer Interaction.

Dr. Papia Sultana is working as Associate professor in the Department of Statistics at University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. She completed her PhD from Department of Statistics and Applied Probability, National University of Singapore, Singapore. She also worked as biostatistician in the Clinical Trial Unit, Singapore General Hospital, Singapore. She received many awards.

Research: Dr. Papia Sultana’s research interest includes biostatistics and bioinformatics, specially parametric and non-parametric estimation, public health, clinical trial and genome analysis. 

Dr. Yu-Hsuan Joni Shao is currently working as an associate professor in Graduate Institute of Biomedical Informatics at Taipei Medical University, Taiwan.  He also worked as assistant professor at Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He received his Ph.D. from Rutgers School of Public Health. He is a professional member of American Society of Clinical Oncology and International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology. He has many publications. Dr. Yu-Hsuan Joni Shao’s research interest includes Epidemiology, Cancer and Outcome Research. 

Dr. Andrew Beng Jin Teoh is currently working as Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, College Engineering at Yonsei University South Korea. He obtained his Ph.D in 2003 from National University of Malaysia. He received several awards, Invited Research Scientist under R&D Collaboration Program of Brain Gain Malaysia (BGM), MOSTI, 2010 -11; Marquis Who's Who in the World, 25th Silver Anniversary Edition 2007, so on. He is a member of many professional committees and is acting as reviewer and editorial board member for peer reviewed journals. He published more than 200 international refereed journals, conference articles, and several book chapters. He is also a regular speaker at conferences, academic institutions, and corporations.  

Research: Dr. Andrew Beng Jin Teoh’s current research interests are biometrics, pattern recognition, computer vision and information security.

Dr. Ahmed A. Abd El-Latif is currently assistant professor of computer science at Menoufia University, Egypt. He received the B.Sc. degree with honor rank in Mathematics and Computer Science in 2005 and M.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 2010, all from Menoufia University, Egypt. He received his Ph. D. degree in Computer Science at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. He is author and co-author of more than 40 research papers published in international repute journals and conferences. He is a referee of many referred international repute journals and conferences. He received many awards, the best Ph. D student award from Harbin Institute of Technology, China; Young scientific award and so on.    

Research: Dr. Ahmed A. Abd El-Latif’s research interest include multimedia content encryption, data hiding, secret image sharing, perceptual cryptography, quantum information, and biometrics.

Dr. Yadigar Imamverdiyev is a Head of Research Lab at Institute of Information Technology, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. He received the M.Sc. degree in 1989 in Applied Mathematics at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and Ph.D. degree in 2006 in Computer Science at Institute of Information Technology, Azerbaijan. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in 2011.08 – 2012.08 at Biometric Engineering Research Center of Yonsei Univiversity, South Korea. He was a researcher in more than 10 International and Azerbaijani Research Projects. He has over 100 papers published in international journals and conferences. He is co-author of 6 books, co-editor of 3 Proceedings Book. He is acting as reviewer and editorial board member for peer reviewed journals. 

Research: Dr. Yadigar Imamverdiyev’s research interests include biometrics, speaker recognition, information security, applied cryptography, risk management, and social network analysis.

Dr. Bakhtiar Affendi Rosdi is currently working as Senior Lecturer in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He completed his Doctor of Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2007. Prior to joining the university, he worked as an engineer at Showa Denko (M) Sdn. Bhd. for almost four years. He has many publications. He has served as a reviewer to a few international conferences and journals including Sensors, Information Sciences and Image and Vision Computing. 

Research: Dr. Bakhtiar Affendi Rosdi’s research area focuses on the application of Pattern recognition in Biometrics and Bioinformatics applications. Currently, he has two main projects, which are: Finger based biometric system and prediction of antimicrobial peptide.

Dr. Hanqi Zhuang is working as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University, US.  He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.   He authored books, book chapters and numerous articles.  He is a member of many professional organizations.    

Research: Dr. Hanqi Zhuang’s research interest includes Robotic Applications, Biometrics, Digital image processing and Genetic algorithms. 

Dr. Perambur Neelakantaswamy is currently working as Professor in the department of Electrical and Bio-Engineering at Florida Atlantic University, US. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, India. He has numerous publications and also authored 5 books.

Research: Dr. Perambur Neelakantaswamy’s research interests include Bioinformatics analysis of viral DNA/RNA structures, Biometric image analysis via entropy considerations, Bio-system modeling for THz-based diagnostics and Biomaterials: Synthesis & analysis.
