Dr. Li Liao is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer & Information Sciences at University of Delaware United States. He received Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics at Peking University and worked as assistant professor. He has over 60 peer-reviewed publications, and is a senior member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and an editorial board member for three journals.
Dr. Li Liao’s research interest include bioinformatics, genome sequencing assembly, gene and protein functional annotation and prediction, protein structure and interaction, gene regulatory and biological network analysis, machine learning.
