Dr. Wai‑Yee Chan is currently working as a Professor of Biomedical Sciences in Chinese university Hon Kong. Prior to returning to Hong Kong in 2009, he was a tenured Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Georgetown University, Washington, DC, USA. He also served as Chief of the Division of Genetics and Metabolic Diseases and Director of the Molecular Genetics Diagnostic Laboratory at Georgetown University Medical Center.
