He has a specialization in salvage at sea, rescue vessel operations and prehospital emergency care.

Dr. Alain L Fymat is the current President/CEO and Professor at the International Institute of Medicine and Science with a previous appointment as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Professor at the Weil Institute of Critical Care Medicine, both Institutes located in Rancho Mirage, California, USA. Dr. Alain L Fymat is a medical-physical scientist and an educator. He was educated at the University of Paris-Sorbonne and the University of California at Los Angeles. He was formerly Professor of Radiology, Radiological Sciences, Radiation Medicine (Oncology), Critical Care Medicine, and Physics at several U.S. and European Universities. Previously, he was Deputy Director (Western Region) of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (Office of Research Oversight), and Director of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Center and for a time Acting Chair of Radiology at its Loma Linda, California Medical Center. He has extensively published (~425 publications including patents, books & monographs, book chapters, refereed articles). As invited/keynote speaker and member of organizing committees of international congresses and symposia, he has lectured extensively across the USA, Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been the recipient of numerous research grants from government, academia and private industry, and has consulted extensively with these entities. He is a Board member of several institutions and Health Advisor of the American Heart & Stroke Association (Coachella Valley Division, California). Research: Dr. Alain L Fymat research interests includes interface between science and medicine, particularly nanomedicine, nanobiotechnology, cancer/oncology, molecular/personal/precision medicine, human genetics/ epigenetics/ ecogenetics, neurodegenerative diseases, and pharmacogenomics. His most recent publications  deal with nanotechnology and cancer, nanochemotherapy, nanoneurology, natural and synthetic immunotherapy, drug delivery across the brain protective barriers, and neurodegenerative disorders (epilepsy, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases).

Dr. Igor Klepikov is a retired Pediatric surgeon in Russian State Institute for Post-graduate Medical Studies Novokuznetsk(Russia) and in Tel-Aviv Medical center(Israel) from 2000 to 2015. He worked as Professor and Vice-director in Russian State for Post-graduate Medical studies, Russia from 1990 to 1997. Dr. Igor Klepikov did research in Public Health, Respiratory Medicine and Pulmonology. Continuation of these studies is the current project- "the new doctrine of acute pneumonia-a guarantee of prevention of purulent and destructive complications." Dr. Igor Klepikov was born and studied in the USSR. He Published over 150 scientific publications, patents, and 2 monographs. Dr. Joseph Prandota received his Doctor of Medical Sciences degree (1970) and PhD degree (1980) from Wroclaw Medical University, Poland. He worked as Assistant/Adjunct in Department of Pharmacology (1966-1975), Department of Pediatric Nephrology (1975-1977), the Associate Professor, Full Professor and Chief in Department of Pediatrics, J. Korczak Memorial Children’s Hospital in Wroclaw (1978-2002), and then in the Faculty of Dentistry, and as the Chair and Head of Department of Social Pediatrics, Faculty of Health Sciences, Wroclaw Medical University (2002-2011). He received the Senior Fulbright-Hays Program award and worked in Department of Pediatrics, Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA (1973-175) obtained fellowship in Department of Pharmacology, Creteil, Paris XII, France (1977-1978) was awarded The Kosciuszko Foundation Fellowship (twice) working in Department of Pediatrics, LSU in Shreveport, LA (1986); director Dr. John T. Wilson; and was a Visiting Professor in Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology, School of Medicine, Hannover, Germany (September, 1993; chairman Dr. Johannes Brodehl). He published 65 peer-reviewed papers as the only or first author, 5 Books, 4 Book chapters and solved several important scientific/clinical puzzles, such as for example: the peculiar disposition of drugs in cystic fibrosis patients, the dangerous diuretic tienilic acid-coumarin derivatives interaction, the aquarium fish food proteins as the triggering agents in development of autoimmune hepatitis, the possible accumulation of cimetidine after multiple oral doses, the need for calculation of plasma elimination half-life of drugs only after reaching steady-state concentration, and an important role of viral infections in inhibition of xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes leading to development of autoimmune hepatitis. Dr. Joseph Prandota demonstrated that T. gondii may cause different types of recurrent headaches (Am J Ther, 2007, 14, 63). He is an Editor of more than 50 scientific journals.

Dr. Pankaj Srivastava is a consultant surgeon in Om Surgical Center, Varanasi, India.
