Dr. Boris A. Reva is currently working as an associate professor at Department of Genetics and Genomics Sciences, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He worked as Staff Scientist at Computation Biology Centre, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre (2003-2013) and as Senior Scientist at Computational Division, Discovery Partners International Fort Lee (2001-2002). He worked as reviewer for many articles and published several articles in international journals.
Dr. Boris A. Reva research is mainly focused on genetic alterations underlying complex human diseases with a particular interest in human cancers, developing and applying computational tools towards classification, integration and biomedical interpretation of multi-component molecular profile data (mutations, gene expressions, gene copy numbers, etc) that have been generated through large scale cancer profiling projects for The Cancer Genome Atlas and International Cancer Genomics Consortium
