Dr. Mayavan Subramani is a researcher and he has been working on different plant species for more than 8 years. He did his Ph.D. on “In Planta Transformation studies in Sugarcane”, and he has experience in genetic transformation studies in Arabidopsis, Soybean, Cucumber, Withania, Vigna mungo, and Tobacco. He completed his first Post Doctorate studies on Metabolic Engineering of Tobacco for enhanced synthesis of Artemisinin- an Antimalarial Drug. He is also well experienced in molecular characterization of Marine Chemolithotrophs in South China Sea. In addition, he did research on Biochemical Characterization of Freshwater Algae in Mid-West Region of United States. His current focus of research is on Genomics and Epigenomics in Plant –Environmental and Plant Microbe Interactions.
Research: Identifying potential candidate “marker genes” in crop using cutting-edge molecular techniques and apply successfully in crop breeding.

Dr. Binquan Huang is a Research Innovation Fellow of BBSRC in UK. He did his joint Ph.D. in Crop genetics and Breeding from Sichuan Agricultural University in China and low State University in USA. He did his bachelors in Agronomy from Sichuan Agricultural University in China. He worked as a postdoctoral research associate in UGSF-CNRS in France, and subsequently in the Department of Plant Sciences, University of Oxford as a Marie Curie Fellow.
Research: The development and evolution of crop storage organs (mainly in maize and potato), and the molecular mechanism of starch metabolism in these storage organs.

Dr. M.Cuneyt Bagdatli is working as an Associate Professor in Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Biosystem Engineering in Turkey since 2014. He completed Ph.D. level in Biosystem Engineering area of Namık Kemal University and M.S. Level in Selçuk University, Department of Agricultural Structures and Irrigation in Turkey. He worked as a research assistant in Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Biosystem Engineering (2008-2013). He served as project head and researcher in 18 projects supported by Universities. He is having 70 articles in Journals and Syposium, Conference on Irrigation, Hdrology, Climate Change, Hydrology, Watershed Management, Water quality, Remote sensing and GIS mapping, The system management in automatic irrigation, fertilization, pesticide and greenhouse. She recevied her Ph.D in Plant Breeding and Genetic Sciences from Ege University in 2007, M.S. in Plant Breeding and Genetic Sciences from Ege University in 2002 and B.S. in the Department of  Field Crops at the University of Ege in 1998. She is an editoral board member of Turkish Journal of Field Crops, Annual Research and Review in Biology, Plant Cell Biotechnology and Molecular Biology.
Research: Her research interests include the development and breeding of new varieties in wheat, identification of plant genetic diversity in different plants, molecular markers, molecular mapping and QTL studies on disease and pest resistance in wheat.

Prof.Dr. Franciszek Adamicki is currently working as a rector at the College of Economic and Humanities in Skierniewice and at the same time is a lecturer at the Department of Horticulture at this College. Previously was working at the Institute of Vegetable Crop 1967-2010, and then in the Research Institute of Horticulturae as a director in the years 2011-2015. Dr. Franciszek Adamicki awarded his PhD in Horticulture: Study of controlled atmosphere on the storage, quality and biological value of onions at Agricultural University of Warsaw (SGGW) from 1980 and M.S. degree in Horticultural Sciences at University of  Warmia & Mazury, Kortowo Olsztyn, Poland from 1971. Dr. Franciszek active member in various scientific societies like Research Council of the Research Institute of Horticulture, Member of Working Group of Modified & Controlled Atmosphere Storage International Society for Horticultural Sciences. He is an editorial board member of Journal of Horticultural Research and also serves as a chair of organising committees of national and domestic conferences. Dr. Franciszek works as an author and co-author of over 500 publications including 69 peer-reviewed, 12 scientific books and chapters in academic manuals. 
Research:  Postharvest physiology, storage methods of different kind of vegetable crops, including controlled and modified atmosphere storage as well as the use of 1-MCP and ethylene in vegetable storage.

Prof.Dr. Rasmia Sayed Sayed Darwes is currently working as  Professor in central laboratory for date palm research and development from agriculture research center. She did her Ph.D in ornamental department from 2006, M .Sc degree in studies on propagation of ficus retusa cv. Hawii from 2000. She works as an Agricultural  Engineer  from 1988-1990 in the private nursery, from 1990-1994  as temporarily in the greenhouse of Ministry of Agriculture, from 2001-2007 assistant researcher in Central Laboratory for Date Palm Research and Development, Agriculture Research Center. She has actively participated in various national and international conferences and workshops. She has published more than 20 papers and also serves as an editorial board member and reviewer in various  national and international journals.  
Research: In vitro,  ex vitro- propagation, trees, horticulture, greenhouse, fruit trees, ornamental plants.

She received her Ph.D. in Anatomical Science Department from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences & Health Sciences, Iran. She has worked as a Faculty Member, Guest Lecturer, Manager of Educational Affairs, and Director of Research Affairs and Assistant professor in the department of Anatomical Sciences and now she is learning the French Language, Bordeaux, France. She also published the several articles, papers and books in the department of Anatomical Sciences. She also attended the several conferences and presented the papers. She also served as a Reviewer for some of the articles. For her contributions in the field of Anatomical Sciences Professor Afrooz Habibi was honored with several awards some of them are she received Merit Award for the first rank student in Ph.D. entrance exam from Deputy Minister of Health, Tehran, Iran in 2005, The first ranked student in Ph.D. courses (19.08 from 20), School of Medicine, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science and Health Services, Tehran, Iran in 2010 and also she selected as a Best Teacher of the university, International Branch, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Kish, Iran in 2013. She also knows the French and Persian language.

Jiban Shrestha is working as a Scientist (Plant Breeding and Genetics) at Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Nepal since 2010 to August 2017. Mr. Shrestha has been involved in basic and applied research on maize mainly related to development, maintenance and improvement of hybrid and open pollinated maize varieties as well as soil nutrient management for maize grown in various production systems. He has played vital role for development and release of three hybrid and three early varieties. Now he is working as a Coordinator at National Commercial Agriculture Research Program, Pakhribas, Dhankuta, Nepal. He has published 100 peer reviewed articles in both national and international journals, 10 proceeding papers and 4 books. He has been affiliated to 40 journals as editor or reviewer. He has worked as reviewer of 12 international conferences related to agriculture. He has guided 10 agricultural graduate and 4 postgraduate students for their thesis research.
