Dr. Marwa Hamdy El-Wakil is a lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Design at Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department, Alexandria University, Egypt.
Her research interests include:
- Computational approaches for drug design, discovery, and modeling.
- Pharmaceutical organic and medicinal chemistry.
- Design and synthesis of novel lead compounds of pharmaceutical and medicinal interest.
- Studying different mechanisms involved in cancer incidence and evaluation of antitumor activity for the novel synthesized lead compounds.
