Dr. Idress Hamad Attitalla, (Professor, 2015) has completed his PhD During at the age of 31 years from Uppsala University (Sweden) and postdoctoral studies from USM University Sains Malaysia. He is the director of Research and Study at Agriculture Research Center (ARC) up to 2014, and Scientific Consultant, Libya and director of departments of microbiology at (Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Al-Bayda, Libyaوup to now). He published more than 80 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of repute, and 1 book in Arabic about Algae and 1 translated book about proteomic.

Dr. Mingkuan Sun, Ph.D, is a Professor of Neurotoxicology at the School of Public Health, Nanjing Medical University, where he leads innovative research exploring the molecular, cellular, and neural circuit mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders (such as autism spectrum disorder) and neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease). His work specifically focuses on how environmental factors (heavy metals, EDCs, persistent pollutants) interact with genetic factors to increase disease risk. Dr. Sun has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles in prominent journals (e.g., Environmental Pollution, Environment International, Translational Neurodegeneration, Acta Neuropathologica) and has made significant contributions to understanding environmental neurotoxicity and neuropathology. In addition to his academic role, Dr. Sun actively contributes to the scientific community as a peer reviewer for multiple international journals and holds membership in several professional societies, including the Society for Neuroscience and the Chinese Neuroscience Society.

Dr. Zhengrui Li currently serves as a Resident and Research Assistant at the Department of Oral and Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. His work focuses on craniomaxillofacial repair and reconstruction, the tumor microenvironment in head and neck cancers, the role of the oral microbiome in health and disease, and the application of bioinformatics in oral and systemic diseases. He has participated in multiple research projects, including one funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and four by the Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China.

Dr. Roger M. Loria is working as a Professor a professor of microbiology, immunology, pathology and emergency medicine in the School of Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University, US. He completed his Ph.D. at Boston University School of Medicine, US. He held several positions during his carrier. He has many publications. 

Research: Dr. Roger M. Loria’s primary research interests focuses on the pathogenic and immunological responses following virus infections, particularly human enteric viruses. 

Dr. Ajar Nath Yadav is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Akal College of Agriculture, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, India. He obtained his doctorate degree in 2016, jointly from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. He has published more than 60 peer review articles in different reputed international, national journals. He has published more than 80 abstracts at different conferences, symposiums, workshops. He has deposited 2386 nucleotide sequences to NCBI GenBank databases: in public domain. Dr. Yadav and group have sort out and characterized >63 00 microbes (Archaea, bacteria and fungi) from diverse extreme environments (salinity, temperatures, drought and pH), and the plant microbiomes (epiphytic, endophytic and phyllospheric) for different functional attributes. He serves as an editorial board member, associate editor and reviewer for several journals. He has a lifetime membership of Association of microbiologist in India, Indian Science Congress Council, India and National Academy of Sciences, India.

Dr. Jose V. Torres is working as a professor in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Immunology, School of Medicine at University of California at Davis, US. He completed his Ph.D. in Immunology at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas. He received many awards and honors.He is a member of many professional societies. He has many publications. . He is actively involved in global health biotechnology transfer to the poorest countries of Latin America.  He is passionate about worldwide conservation of the environment, plants and animals and works in the preservation of endangered tortoises and lizards.  

Research: Dr. Jose V. Torres research primary research interests focuses on antigenic variation at the epitope level.  His work includes the characterization of multiple antigenic sites for viruses including influenza, SRV, SIV, HIV, HCV and HPV.  His current research employs antigenic variation in the development of cancer immunotherapeutic vaccines 

Dr. Jianxun Song is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, United States. He completed his Ph.D. in Immunology at the Third Military Medical University, China and Post-doctoral studies at La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology. CA. He also worked as Research Scientist in the Division of Molecular Immunology, La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology. He authored a book, book chapters, and many articles.          

Research: Dr. Jianxun Song primary research interest focuses on Costimulation in T lymphocyte memory and Regulation of differentiation of T lymphocytes from pluripotent stem cells.  

Dr. Michael R Hamblin is working as Distinguished Visiting Professor in Laser Research Centre Health Sciences at University of Johyannesburg, South Africa. He completed his PhD in Organic Chemistry at Trent University, UK. He received many awards and honors. He is a member of many professional committees and is also serving as Editorial Board member and as reviewer for many journals. He authored numerous books, book chapters and articles. 

Dr. Akikazu Sakudo is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Laboratory of Biometabolic Chemistry, School of Health Sciences at University of the Ryukyus, Japan. He published about 119 papers in peer reviewed journals. He received many honors and awards.

Dr. Rukman Awang Hamat is working as a Associate professor in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Parasitology at Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. He completed his MBBS  at University of Malaya in 1996 and Master of Pathology in 2006. He has many publications

Dr. Angel Simeonov Galabov is a professor of virology in The Stephan Angeloff Institute of Microbiology, Sofia, Bulgaria. He completed his Ph.D. at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and M.D at Higher Medical School, Sofia, Bulgaria. He held many positions in his carrier. He is Regular Member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and is a member of several other Scientific Organizations. He has 40 patent inventions and 235 scientific refereed publications, including a monograph and chapters in books. He received award and honors; Awarded by the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences by the Sign of Honor “Marin Drinov” in 2009.

Dr. Hung-Jen Liu is a distinguished Professor and Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology at the National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He completed his D.V.M. degree at the Department of Veterinary Medicine in National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree from Auburn University in USA and completed his postdoctoral training in 1997 from Manitoba University School of Medicine in Canada. He serves as an Editor-in-Chief and editorial board members of 10 international scientific journals and published more than 150 publications, patents, and book chapters.  

Research: Dr. Hung-Jen Liu’s research interested focuses on molecular virology, vaccine development, signaling transduction, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, studying virus and host interaction and development of subunit vaccines using a baculovirus display system.

Dr. Yi-Wen Liu is presently working as Professor in the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Biopharmaceuticals at National Chiayi University, Taiwan. Prior to the she also worked at Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science and China Chemical & Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Taiwan. She received many awards and honors, recently “The Reward for Excellent Researcher in University from NSC of 2014”. She is acting as reviewer and Editorial Board member and has many publications. 

Research: Dr. Yi-Wen Liu’s research interests include Development of anti-bladder cancer drugs, Diagnostic biomarker study of bladder cancer, Study of bladder disease using animal model, Bladder infection and inflammation, Ketamine-induced bladder disorder and Human gene expression regulation by carcinogen or microbial infection. 

Dr. Abdel-Raouf M. Khallil is working as professor in the Department of Botany, Faculty of Science at Assiut University, Egypt. He held many positions during his carrier. He completed his Ph.D. in Botany, Faculty of Science at Assiut University. He has many publications. He is a member of several professional societies. 

Research: Dr. Abdel-Raouf M. Khallil’s research interests include biodiversity and Ecophysiology of water-inhabiting fungi with special attenion to aquatic fungi (zoosporic and Hyphomyceteous fungi). Association and interrelationship between these fungi and other water organisms (particularly fish)  as well as the the effects of various water pollutants on these fungi were also undertaken. The antimicrobial effect of some synthesied organic compouds was also investigated.

Dr. Esam Hosney Ali Ibraheem is currently working as Professor in the Department of Botany and Microbiology at Assiut University, Egypt. He completed his Doctorate degree in Mycology. He held several positions during his career. He is a member of many professional societies. 

Research: Dr. Esam Hosney Ali Ibraheem’s research interest focuses on Environmental Microbiology, Biodiversity of Microorganisms, Terrestrial fungi, Aquatic Microbial Ecology, Mycology, Zoosporic Fungi, Chytridiomycota, Oomycota, Aquatic Hyphomycetes, Microbial interactions, Fungal Diseases of Fish, Phytopathogenic Fungi and Physiology of Fungi.

Dr. Abdelaal Shamseldin is presently working as Associate Professor in the College of Environmental Biotechnology at Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute, Egypt. He got his PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from Phillips University of Marburg, Germany. He has many publications in peer reviewed journals.  

Research: Dr. Abdelaal Shamseldin’s research interest includes fields of Biological Nitrogen Fixation and Bioremediation, Microbial Ecology, Proteomics. 

Dr. Hazem Aqel is presently working as Professor in Medical Microbiology at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Saudi Arabia. He also worked as Associate Professor at Hashemite University, Jordan. He completed his M.Sc. degree in General and Medical Microbiology from University College London and Ph.D. in Microbiology at Birmingham University, UK. He published many articles and attended several scientific conferences.  

Research: Dr. Hazem Aqel’s research interest includes understanding pathogenicity, latency and reactivation of viruses in their host to produce vaccine. He is also interested in how bacterial cells respond to the environment by altering which protein they synthesize and in how bacteria detect and respond to stressful conditions.

Dr. Pongsak Rattanachaikunsopon is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Biological Science, Faculty of Science at Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA. He received an Award from the Professor Dr. Tab Nilanidhi Foundation (The Tab Foundation) for the outstanding graduate student in Anatomy and Selected by PHI BETA DELTA Honor Society for International Scholars to be a member of the Society. He has many publications.  

Research: Dr. Pongsak Rattanachaikunsopon’s research interests include Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Biochemistry. His present research focuses on searching for biological agents such as microorganisms and plants to use as alternatives to control diseases caused by antibiotic resistant bacteria.

Dr. Bechan Sharma is presently working as a Professor and Ex-Head, Department of Biochemistry Allahabad University, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from BHU-Varanasi. His earlier services include as an Assistant Professor at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural sciences and Technology-J&K, Kashmir and as Associate Professor at Dr. RML Avadh University Faizabad. He has received number of Awards and Honors. Dr. Bechan Sharma has authored 4 books published and has carried out several research projects and published over 130 research papers including book chapters and also has one US patent on HIV-1 genome structure based antiHIV-1 drugs design to his credit. He is Chief-Editor/Associate Editor/Executive Editor and Member Editorial Board of 75 peer reviewed International and National Journals.

Research: Dr. Bechan Sharma’s areas of research interests include Molecular Biology of HIV/AIDS, Tropical Diseases (Filariasis/Malaria) and Biochemical Toxicology.

Dr. Mamatha Ballal is currently working as the Professor of Microbiology in Melaka Manipal Medical College at Manipal University, India. She completed her Ph.D. in Bacteriological from Kasturba Medical College, India. She received many awards and honors. She authored book chapters, articles and is acting as Editorial Board member and reviewer for many peer reviewed journals. She is also a member of professional associations; Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists, Indian society for Human & Animal Mycology and so on.

Research: Dr. Mamatha Ballal’s research interests include Molecular pathogenesis and antimicrobial resistance of bacterial infection in the Gastrointestinal tract with special focus on Enteroaggregative E coli , Shigella, Clostridium difficile, Helicobacter pylori, Enteric Salmonella, Candida in blood stream infections, opportunistic infections in HIV patients, Hospital infections, Medicinal plants and their activity against Enteric pathogens, Rotaviral diarrhea and molecular diagnosis of Cryptosporidiasis.

Dr.Parichat Phumkhachorn working as assistant professor at the Department of Biological Science at Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand. She obtained her Ph.D. from the KhonKaen University. She has many publications in peer reviewed journals.  

Research: Dr.Parichat Phumkhachorn’s research is in the field of Medical Microbiology and Immunology which focuses on finding bacteriophages for use as prophylactic and therapeutic agents against antibiotic resistant bacteria.

Dr. Farrukh Aqil is an assistant professor of medicine at the james graham brown cancer center at university of Louisville, US. He received his doctorate in microbiology from Aligarh Muslim university, India and has extensive experience of over 12 years in phytochemistry, microbiology, cancer biology and cancer prevention. Prior to moving to the United States as a postdoctoral associate in the cancer chemoprevention group, he has a faculty position in the department of biotechnology at integral university, India. He received many awards. He is an associate editor in International Research Journal of Microbiology and serves as peer reviewer for more than 30 journals. 

Research: Dr. Farrukh Aqil’s research focus is on cancer chemoprevention primarily of breast, lung and ovarian cancers using both standard chemotherapeutic drugs and agents from natural origin like berries. The development of polymeric implants for continuous systemic and local delivery of drugs, a technology which has fetched several patents. He is developing novel combinatorial approaches for the treatment of lung and ovarian cancer by testing natural agents and standard chemo drugs using drug-sensitive and drug-resistant cancer cells. 

Dr. Mehdi Razzaghi-Abyaneh is currently working as a full professor and head of Mycology Department at the Pasteur Institute of Iran where he is working on mycotoxins and mycotoxigenic fungi for more than 14 years. He obtained his PhD degree in Mycology from Tarbiat Modares University. He has published over fifty papers in international journals and number of book chapters. He is a member of many professional societies. 

Research: Dr. Mehdi Razzaghi-Abyaneh’s research interests encompass biologically active compounds of plant, fungal and bacterial origins with antifungal properties against a broad spectrum of fungal pathogens. He is also investigating ecology and genetic diversity of Aspergillus section Flavi especially aflatoxin-producing species from soil and other natural habitats. Demonstrated for the first time a phenylpropanoid compound named "Dillapiol" isolated from Anethum graveolens as the specific inhibitor of the biosynthesis of aflatoxin G group. He is working on the chemical basis of plant–fungal interactions and determining mode of action of antifungal compounds at cellular and molecular levels.

Dr. Mohemid Al-Jebouri is presently working as a Professor in the Department of Microbiology at University of Tikrit, Iraq. He completed his Ph.D. in Microbiology at University of Wales and Postdoctorate diploma in Diagnostic Microbiology at Public Health Laboratories, Swansea and London. He received an award Practical Short Course on Infectious Disease Modeling, University of Harvard in 2012. He is a member of several professional associations. He authored Books and numerous articles.  

Research: Dr. Mohemid Al-Jebouri’s research interests include Clinical Microbiology, Immunology, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Microbial Physiology Pathophysiology, Quality control and Diagnostics. 

Dr. Mohammad Reza Shakibaie is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Iran. He earned his PhD from University of Pune India from 1992 to 1997. He completed one year Postdoctoral research training at Aquatic Microbial Lab in Mysore, India during 2006. He is a member of several Scientific Societies and has authored books, book chapters and numerous articles.

Dr. Sabina Fijan is currently working as assistant professor, Faculty of Health Sciences at University of Maribor, Slovenian. She completed her Ph.D. at University of Maribor, Slovenia. She held several positions during her carrier.  She is a member of professional committees and has many publications in peer reviewed journals.

 Dr. Marcela Claudia Pagano is a Postdoctoral researcher at Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Prior to this she worked as Assistant Professor at Federal University of São João del-Rei, Brazil. She received her Ph.D in Sciences-Applied Botany Federal University of Minas Gerais. She authred many books, book chapters, abstracts and articles. She is serving as Editorial Board member of peer reviewed journals. 

Research: Dr. Marcela Claudia Pagano’s research interests include Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Agroforestry, agroecology, phytogeography, plant community ecology and ecological restoration, Soil microbial ecology, soil fauna and biochar, Spectrometry microanalyses, Raman spectroscopy and Electron microscopy. 

Dr. Murad A. Al-Holy is currently working as Associate professor in the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at Hashemite University, Jordan. He completed his Ph.D. in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Washington State University, USA. He held several positions during his career. He received many awards and honors; Abdul-Hameed Shuman Distinguished Young Researcher Award in the Field of Agricultural Studies and so on. Dr. Murad A. Al-Holy is a Member of the Association for Food Protection-USA and other professional associations. He is acting as a reviewer for numerous journals and has authored many book chapters, and articles.  

Research: Dr. Murad A. Al-Holy’s research interests focuses on Food Science/Food Microbiology, thermal inactivation kinetics of pathogenic foodborne microorganism in different food systems, pasteurization protocols for high value seafood products, methods to quantify and identify pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms in food systems using Short Wavelength and FTIR and Developing new media for recovery of intact and injured foodborne pathogens. 

Dr. Jack Ho Wong is working as a Research Associate in School of Biomedical Sciences, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2005. He has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers on antimicrobial proteins/peptides.
