Dr. Maged Tanios is the Chief of Staff at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and is the director of the ICU and Intensivists Program. Dr. Tanios is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine, and is an associate professor of medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Tanios completed his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, followed by fellowships in pulmonary, critical care medicine and sleep medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He earned a master of public health in health care management and policy from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Tanios is involved in clinical research and has multiple peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and is a fellow of numerous professional associations. Dr. Tanios also is the recipient of multiple grants and teaching awards and is an expert medical reviewer for the Medical Board of California.

Dr. Mandie Jane Foster has integrated a clinical role for over the past twenty seven years, academic position and higher degree (PhD) including innovative translational research into my nursing career. Her area of expertise is paediatric clinical nursing, education and research. She has coordinated and designed interactive blended paediatric undergraduate and postgraduate curricula and have presented at international, national and local conferences, tutored and mentored postgraduate, graduate and undergraduate students within various universities and hospital settings within developed and developing countries. She has contributed to research committees, clinical governance meetings, research planning, monitoring and evaluation, undertaken consultancy activities, promoted nursing research internally and externally and developed strategic research relationships within the universities and hospitals. 

Dr. Sara Shishehgar got her Bachelor degree in Midwifery in 2003 and Master’s in reproductive health in 2013. She is currently conducting a Ph.D. project on women’s health in the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. She has an extensive experience in the field of midwifery in various settings from her private surgery and public hospitals to academic settings such as universities as a clinical educator from 2004 to 2013.  After commencement, her Ph.D., Sara started her cooperation with peer-review journals as a reviewer and editorial member. She also serves as an academic tutor and research assistant at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Dr. Belal Mahmoud Hamad Hijji is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Nursing, Department of Nursing, Alghad International Colleges for Applied Medical Sciences, Najran, KSA. He held different positions at different universities. He holds a membership in Jordan Nurses and Midwives Council; The International Scientific Advisory Panel (ISAP) of the Royal College of Nursing, UK.

Research: Dr. Belal Mahmoud Hamad Hijji’s research interests include Clinical research and nursing education. 

Dr. Majeda Al-Farajat is currently working as a Director of Quality Management and Patient Safety at Prince Sultan Cardiac Center, Saudi Arabia. She received her bachelor's degree in Medicine and General Surgery from Jordan University of Science & Technology in Jordan and her Master's degree in Public Health and Epidemiology from Maastricht University in Netherlands. Dr. Majeda gained lots of national and international rewards for speaking at events and conferences. Furthermore, she has served as a board editor for one scientific Journal and as a reviewer for three scientific Journals. Dr. Majeda has published a number of research papers in national and international Journals and she is certified “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)”.

Dr. Minoo Asadzandi is working as an Assistant Professor at Faculty member of ​spiritual health of the Academy of Medical Sciences, iran. She is Faculty member of Anesthesiology department. She is a founding member of Spiritual Health   Research Center, Qom University of Medical Sciences.

Dr. Mohammad Khayatzadeh Mahani is an Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy, Staff member of Occupational Therapy department, Ahvaz Jundishapoor University of Medical Sciences Iran. He did his Ph.D. Occupational Therapy, Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. He is a member of World Federation of Occupational Therapy accreditation member in Iran, Member of Iranian Occupational Therapy Curriculum Revision and many more.

Dr. Julide Gulizar Yildirim works as an Associate Professor Izmir Katip Celebi University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Public Health Nursing Department, Izmir, Turkey.

Dr. Filiz Özel has completed her undergraduate study in the nursing section of Uludag University School of Health between September 2004 and June 2007. After she obtained her undergraduate degree she worked as a clinic nurse between 2007 and 2009. Researcher initiated her postgraduate study in the Department of Internal Diseases Nursing, Ege University Health Sciences Institute, in September 2007. She began her doctorate education in the Department of Internal Diseases Nursing, Ege University School of Nursing, in September 2009. She has been as an observer in the Behçet’s Syndrome Center of New York Langone Medical Center Seligman Center For Advanced Therapeutics, between the dates of May and July 2013. She took part in a number of national and international congresses and courses during her postgraduate and doctorate education.  She worked in the Department of Internal Diseases Nursing, Ege University Nursing Faculty as a research assistant. She completed doctorate degree July 2014. Now, she is working in the Department of Internal Diseases Nursing, Kastamonu University Faculty of Health Science as an assistant professor. 

Dr. Karatay is an associate professor in Public Health Nursing, in the Munzur University Health High School in Turkey. She completed her master and doctorate program at Hacettepe University Faculty of Health Science in Ankara, Turkey. Her academic background and work experience as a Nurse-Researcher has enabled her to develop a range of skills. Accordingly, she has been in Prato Hospital in Italy-Florence for 3 months and US-Wisconsin Madison University for 3 months. Her research focuses on motivational interviewing for smoking cessation, improving the congnitive function of the elderly, prevention of substance use in adolescent period and women health.

She received Ph.D. in  Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Ulster, Faculty of Life and Health Sciences, UK. She received the award, Princes Muna Award for Excellence in Leadership, 2012. Dr. Ashraf Eljedi is an Associate Professor of International Public Health, Faculty of Nursing, The Islamic University of Gaza, Palestine. He is the Head of the nursing department in the Faculty of Nursing at the Islamic University of Gaza. He holds a membership in different committees.

Dr. Tingzhong Yang, MD, Prof and Director of Social Medicine at Zhejiang University, China. Dr. Yang is a member of the expert group of National Association on Tobacco Control, and an external faculty affiliate of Injury Control Research, West Virginal University, U.S. He also was a advisor for the World Health Organization in delivering policy and program on tobacco control to health professions students, and served as an expert in updating management of CRDs in the WHO Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of NCDs 2013-2020. His primary academic focus is health behavior, and research interests are in tobacco control, mental stress, and obesity.The Series of projects of “tobacco control advocacy capacity” covered all provinces in China, including more than 80 cities. In recent years he published more than 50 international papers. Several papers were cited by WHO report on the global tobacco epidemic, and other official documents. Core information of “Global Health Professions Student Survey (GHPSS) in Tobacco Control in China “was released by the United Nations.
