Dr. Alfio Ferlito is a Professor and Chairman of ENT clinic at the University Of Udine School of Medicine from 1997. He was Formerly Director of the Department of Surgical Sciences at the same University from 2003 to 2009. He worked as a professor of Otolaryngology at Padua University from 1985. He graduated in medicine at the University of Bologna in 1968. He completed his residence program in otolaryngology and subsequently in pathology. He worked at the ENT Department of Padua University from 1970 to 1997. Dr. Alfio awarded ad hominem fellowship(2003) , ad eundem fellowship(2003) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and qua Surgeon ad eundem(2004) from Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow Dr. Alfio is a fellow or a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Pathologists, the Royal Society of Medicine of London, the American Otological Society, the American Laryngological Association, the Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum, the American Laryngological Rhinological and Otological Association, the American Society for Head and Neck Surgery, the Society of Head and Neck Surgeons, the American Broncho-Esophagological Association, the American Rhinologic Society etc., He serves as editor, co-editor, assistant editor or reviewer  for 760 national and international journals. Dr. Alfio Ferlito has been author or co-author of 663 referred publications in 71 medical journals and 54 chapters in various books.  
Research: The promotion of international cooperation in head and neck surgery, oncology and cancer research.

Dr. Abdul Hafeez-Baig is currently working as a Senior Lecture in the school of “Management and Enterprise”, Faculty of BELA, Queensland Toowoomba Australia. Dr. Abdul holds a PhD in the domain of healthcare and information systems from USQ and master’s degrees in MIS and MBA from Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. Since joining USQ in Jan 2004, he has published over 100 referred publications and research grants of 5 million in the domains of health and education regarding technology management. Dr. Abdul is very conversant with wireless technology as well as emerging technologies and learning management systems. He teaches information systems concepts to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, including MBA students. He has also supervised numerous post graduate research students. Dr. Abdul also has numerous publications in academic and scholarly journals, and has a vast array of scholarly conference papers, all of which have focused on the domain of information systems. Dr. Abdul has extensive experience in the area of information systems, especially relates to the healthcare sector. 
Research: He is very interested in wireless healthcare applications, systems analysis and design, adoption, the infusion and diffusion of information technology, knowledge management, technology management, digital innovation, M-learning and E-Commerce, outsourcing, networking, healthcare

Dr. Ike Okosun is currently working as an Associate Professor for the School of Public Health at Georgia State University (GSU), Atlanta, USA. He received his doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public Health and has over 25 years of experience in public health. Dr. Okosun is a chronic disease epidemiologist who is an internationally recognized expert in the epidemiology of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome. Dr. Okosun’s research in diabetes, hypertension, obesity and insulin resistance syndrome has provided an understanding of the epidemiology of these diseases. His work on the role of abdominal obesity in explaining racial/ethnic variations for cardiovascular diseases has furthered understanding of lipid biology. Dr. Okosun is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health, The North American Association for the Study of Obesity and the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene. He is a member of the American Academy of Health Behavior and serves on the nutrition consultation team for the CDC Community Guide to Preventive Services. He is also a member of many scientific organizations including, American Public Health Association, Society for Epidemiologic Research, North American Association for the study of Obesity, International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Blacks and the American College of Epidemiology. He published more than 80 articles in various national and international journals

Dr. Kostadinov is an Associate Professor on Disaster Medicine in Medical University Plovdiv and Vice Dean for International Relations and Project Activities of the Public Health Faculty, Plovdiv. He is Secretary General of International Disaster Medicine Association, Naples, Italy.  Rostislav studied medicine at Plovdiv Medical University and graduated in 1991, when he joined the Bulgarian Armed Forces.. From 1999 till 2005, he worked in the Military Medical Detachment for Emergency Response, developing an interest not only in the clinical aspects of military and disaster medicine, but also for the organizational and managerial challenges. Dr Kostadinov was assigned twice (2005-2007; 2010 - 2013) at NATO Joint Force Command Naples as a joint medical planner, medical intelligence officer, doctrine and policy, joint medical coordinator and Deputy Medical Advisor. He planned and afterwards organized and led the medical support for the NATO Unified Protector operation in 2011, as a Medical Advisor and Medical Cell Head, and was awarded a NATO medal. Last two assignments within Military Medical Academy were Head of the Educational and Scientific Department AND Head of Military Medical Planning Department. 2015, he resigned from active military service with rank of Colonel He has been invited as Visiting Professor on Disaster Medicine in Universita della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, Naples, Italy; was assigned as part time lecturer on Medical Planning in University of World and National Economy, Sofia. and acted as civil expert Medical Intelligence (Health Threats) for NATO Joint Health Food and Agriculture Working Group (JHFAG), NATO HQ, Brussels, Belgium. Physician with three medical specialties - Internal Diseases, Orthopedic Surgery and Disaster Medicine and PhD and DSc degrees in Disaster Medicine, who served as military medical doctor for 24 years and retired with rank of Colonel. Author and co-author in 18 books (25 chapters) and 90 studies published as articles in journals or proceedings of international or national scientific events. Invited, key and guest speaker on many international scientific events on planning, organization and execution of medical support to military or disaster relief operations, guest lecturer and mentor for Joint Medical Planner Course in NATO School, Oberammergau, Germany and supporting speaker for George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and College of International and Security, Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany).
