Dr. Cerezal Garrido is Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the Valladolid University in 1991. He obtained the expertise in Thoracic Surgery in 1996, after complete the residence at Valladolid University Hospital, where he served as Medical Specialist and Director of Surgery until 2004. Doctor in Medicine and Surgery with rating outstanding “cum laude” by the Valladolid University in 2009. Currently he is Clinical Chief of Thoracic Surgery at General University Hospital in Alicante and Associate Professor of Thoracic Surgery at the Medical school of the University Miguel Hernandez in Alicante. In the course of his work has contributed as author or coauthor in 70 publications in various national and international journals, in 130 scientific papers in Congresses, and has received several specific training courses on minimally invasive thoracic surgery and surgical treatment of bronchogenic carcinoma.
