Dr. Neha Jain, a Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at People Dental Academy, Bhopal, India, brings over 11 years of expertise to her field. Michael John Trenouth is a Consultant Orthodontist (Retired) who served at Royal Preston Hospital, Sharoe Green Lane, United Kingdom. With extensive experience in orthodontics, he has contributed significantly to patient care, treatment planning, and clinical practice in the field of dental and orthodontic healthcare.

He holds a degree in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry of Araçatuba (1993), a master’s degree in Dental Clinics from the Faculty of Dentistry of Piracicaba Unicamp (1997) and a doctorate in Dental Clinics – Periodontics from the Faculty of Dentistry of Piracicaba Unicamp (1999). He is currently a full professor at the University of Fortaleza, of undergraduate and postgraduate education (Professional Master in Dentistry) and carries out administrative activity with the coordination of the course of Dentistry. He has experience in the area of dentistry, with emphasis on Periodontics, working mainly on the following topics: gingivitis, periodontal disease, therapeutics, plaque, chemical control.

Dr. Jane F Manakil is an academic and clinician in the School of Dentistry and Oral Health at Griffith University, Australia. She holds a PhD and Grade cert in clinical dentistry from University of Queensland, Australia. She is currently a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. She completed her Bachelors in Dentistry in 1985 and speciality in the field of Periodontology (1989). After completion of the specialty, He joined as a general dental practitioner and academician in the college of dental sciences, holding the responsibilities as a lead in the Department of Periodontics. Since then she worked as a Periodontist, a general dental practitioner and clinical supervisor. During the period, she was an examiner for various exams and has conducted numerous teaching activities. Along her career path she was involved in the development of Periodontology program at the University of West Indies, in Trinidad & Tobago. Dr. Jane F Manakil experience for the past 30 years involved academia, research in learning and teaching, practice in the field of periodontics and holistic patient care. She had numerous publications from my research in field of molecular biology which are published in peer reviewed Journals with multiple citations. She has been the sole editor for the book on Periodontal Diseases - A Clinician's Guide (2012), with the current international download exceeding 57,000. He have also published and presented on the dental education and also acted as a peer reviewer for articles on Laser therapy and Radiology. 

Research: Dr. Jane F Manakil research interest includes dental education research of chronic disease conditions as in Periodontitis and preventive oral health applications. She has three decades of clinical experience, with skills covering all aspects of general dentistry and the ability to provide high quality comprehensive patient management.

Dr. Shen Hu is currently Associate Professor and Graduate Program Director at the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the Department of  Chemistry at  University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. His lab studies cancer and rheumatological diseases using metabolomics and proteomics. He has published over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals.

Research: Dr. Shen Hu's research interest includes metabolomics, proteomics, cancer invasion and metastasis, disease biomarker discovery, salivary diagnostics and autoimmune disease.

Dr. Gregory K. Spackman is currently working as a Professor and Pre-Doctoral Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Texas Health Science Center, US.  He also is the Directors for the Predoctoral Dental School Clinic and as the Medical Director for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic at the Robert B. Green County Clinic. Prior to moving to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School Dr. Spackman served three years as Section Head of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL. He received many professional memberships.  He won many awards and honors.

Research: Dr. Eric Fung’s research interests include: Different neurotransmitter systems in the brain and their motor function The effects of drugs have been studied on neurotransmitter biochemistry, concentrating on the dopaminergic and GABAERGIC systems of the corpus striatum and nucleus accumbens. The chronic effects of nicotine treatment on intestinal absorption of several important minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, the serum levels of these minerals, the bone mineral contents, bone mineral density and the strength of bones.   Another aspect of Dr. Eric Fung’ s research determines if there is a positive correlation between blood, urine and brain tissue concentrations of mercury and the occurrence of several neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis. These studies will address the important issue of whether mercury, a known neurotoxin, may be a causal agent contributing to the development of these neurodegenerative disorders.

Dr. Steven I. Present is currently working as a clinical Associate Professor of Restorative Dentistry at Temple University, US.  He has received numerous honors and awards. He expanded Functional Duties of Dental Assisting Program.

Dr. Cemil Yesilsoy is currently Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Pre-doctoral Endodontology Department in addition to being the Director of the Undergraduate Clinic. He has authored numerous articles in endodontics and lectures to dental organizations here and abroad. He practices endodontics in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He received many awards and honors. He has given many national and international presentations.

Dr. Zi-Jun Liu is currently working as a research Professor in the department of Orthodontics at University of Washington, United States.  He has many publications. Dr. Majstorovic is currently working as a Full Clinical Professor, School of Dental Medicine at University of Zagreb, Croatia. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at NYU College of Dentistry, New York, USA. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2008 and it was at that time that she began her affiliation with New York University. She is active in many professional organizations, including both the European and American Academies of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Curd Bollen started a private clinic limited to periodontology, halitosis and implantology; first in Belgium (Maaseik), afterwards in The Netherlands. He remained part-time lecturer at different universities (Liege, Nijmegen, Bonn and Dusseldorf). In Dusseldorf he was clinical Assistant Professor till 2012. Since 2013 he is also integrating aesthetic dentistry and cosmetics (Botox and injectables) in his clinic. He studied dentistry at the universities of Hasselt and Leuven in Belgium (1987-1992). Afterwards he started his training in periodontology and implantology, as assistant at the same Catholic University in Leuven. In that same period, he began his PhD research, which he finalized in 1996 with his official promotion. In 1997 he received his MSc-diploma in periodontology and implantology at the same university. Dr. Bollen published more than 25 international scientific articles in peer reviewed dental journals. He also published 20 national articles. He gives national and international lectures.

Dr. AMER A. TAQA is Professor and Head in Dental Basic Science Mosul University, Mosul, IRAQ. He has been registrar of department of Dental Basic Science Mosul University, Mosul, IRAQ. He has published about 100 of research papers and out of that 50 were of international level. He has awarded many times for scientific researches by Government. He has been member of many examination committees and also is a Member in Iraqi Scientific Staff. He has been working as Editor - reviewer in many journals.

Dr. Estafan presently holds the rank of Associate Professor and is the Director of Esthetic Dentistry in the Department of General Dentistry in the Division of Reconstructive and Comprehensive Care at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr Estafan was appointed to the Division and Prosthodontic Sciences. Dr. Estafan is the author of over 32 publications/abstracts that have focused on dental materials relating to restorative dentistry and CAD/CAM technology. She has lectured nationally and internationally on these topics as well.

Dr. Vladimir Spolsky is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Division of Public Health and Community Dentistry. He continues his interest in developing and testing preventive agents for dental diseases and in the measurement of dental disease and oral health. Dr. Vladimir Spolsky was placed on temporary assignment to the New York State Health Department, where he assumed responsibility for the dental portion of the Ten-State Nutrition Survey and was the Dental Examiner for the Upper New York State Survey. He was the dental consultant to the RAND Corporation on the National Preventive Dentistry Demonstration Project and later, the primary dental consultant on The Health Insurance Study (HIS) conducted by RAND.

Dr. Ziad N. Al-Dwairi works as Vice Dean and Director of Dental Teaching Clinics at Faculty of Dentistry/ Jordan University of Science and technology. He is Professor of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at Jordan University of Science and Technology, holds PhD in Prosthodontics, Queens University/Belfast, UK. He is the President of Jordanian Section of International Association for Dental Research.  He is Jordan Representative at OSAP (Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures). He is member of many associations and he holds several International prizes and honors. He has more than 45 publications in high impact international journals. In addition he works as a reviewer for 35 International Peer reviewed Journals and on editorial board of 21 International Journals.

Dr. Nabil F. Bissada is Professor and Chair of the Department of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  He is the Director of the Postdoctoral Graduate Program in Periodontics at the School of Dental Medicine and also maintains a private practice in Cleveland.  Dr. Bissada has authored and co-authored over 150 articles and 130 abstracts published in various peered journals, and he has lectured extensively at local, national and international levels. Dr. Bissada has received several awards for his contribution to dental education and periodontal literature worldwide.

Research: Dr. Nabil F. Bissada’s expertise is in prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.  The link between oral and other systemic diseases is his current area of research interest where he contributed to our recent understanding of this association.

Dr. Jon Suzuki has a Presidential Appointment as Professor of Microbiology and Immunology in the School of Medicine and Professor of Periodontology and Oral Implantology in the School of Dentistry at Temple University, USA.  He also serves as the Chairman and Program Director of Graduate Periodontology and Oral Implantology at Temple University. Dr. Suzuki has published over 150 papers, chapters, and symposia, 200+ abstracts, and 1 textbook in Medical Technology.

Dr. Mohamed Awad is an associate professor and consultant, Fixed Prosthodontic Department, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt and King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. His work was concentrated on Fixed Prosthodontics researches. Dr. Awad is the president of Egyptian Association of Dental research section of international association for dental research since July 2010. He was head of Fixed prosthodontics Department in King Abdulaziz University from Sept. 2003 for one year. Also he was course director for fixed prosthodontics for preclinical and clinical courses for several years. He is supervising and teaching postgraduate Saudi Board in Advanced Restorative Dentistry (SBARD) since year 2000. Dr. Awad published many research articles in ISI and International Journals. Also he presented researches in several international conferences including: Miami, San Diego, Seattle (USA), Singapore, Manchester & Bristol (England), Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah (Saudi Arabia), Dubai (UAE) and Egypt.

Dr. Alan Kilistoff is currently clinical professor at the University of Alberta, Edmonton Alberta, Canada.  He graduated from the University of British Columbia, Canada, in 1976 with a DMD, and practiced in a private clinic for 28 years.  He started teaching at the University of British Columbia in 2000, at first part-time then full-time.  He moved to the University of Saskatchewan, full-time in 2005.  In 2012 he moved to the University of Alberta.  In 2009 he received a Master of Education Technology from the University of British Columbia.  Over the years he has practiced and taught all facets of Dentistry.

Dr.Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Helal is working now as Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at Faculty of Dentistry of King Abdul Aziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has many publications.

Dr. Syed Ameer Haider Jafri currtently working at King Salman North West Armed Force Hospital, Saudi Arabia as registrar in pedodontic and preventive dentistry since 2011. Before that he had worked as assistant professor in ZA Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University and as senior lecturer in BRS Dental College in India. He completed his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Pedodontic and Preventive Dentistry from India prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Panjab University, Chandigarh. His thesis was based on root canal obturating material in primary teeth. He had numerous publications under his name.  He had given presentation in many national and international conferences. Currently he is also working as editorial board member and reviewer of many dental journals.

Dr. Raghavendra M. Shetty is a competent academician and clinician who graduated from A.B. Shetty Dental College, Mangalore, India and did his Masters in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry from PMNM Dental College, Bagalkot, India. He was conferred with Ph.D. by Nitte University. He was awarded a gold medal for his highest score in Masters in 2004 and was also awarded the ‘Young Pedodontist Researcher’ by the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD) in 2010. He has co-authored 4 textbooks and has around 40 National and International publications on his label. He was the past Joint Secretary and Executive member of ISPPD. He was the Organizing Chairman of 37th Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive dentistry National conference at Raipur in the year 2015 which was widely appreciated throughout the Pedodontist fraternity. He has about 13 years of teaching experience for undergraduate and postgraduate level, along with immense clinical experience in all areas of Pediatric Dentistry. He has conducted pre-conference courses and delivered a lot of guest lectures and presentations at national and international conferences. He has got three patent registered under his name. Dr. Mohamed Farag Aayad is currently working as a Chairman of Fixed Prosthodontics Department at University of Tanta, Egypt. He was a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Rehabilitation at King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He has a membership in various scientific and professional oraganisations. He has received many honors and awards. He has various publications. He gave various presentations.

Research: Dr. Mohamed Farag Aayad’s research interests focuses on surface texture of teeth tissues and restorative materials and prosthodontics.

Dr. Seham Bassyouni M. Tayel is currently working as a Professor of Prosthetic Dentistry at Alexandria University. She has 30 years of teaching experience. She attended many conferences and received numerous certifications. She has various publications.

Dr. Dalia Abdullah Mohammed Abuelenain is currently working as an Associate Professor of operative dentistry and dental biomaterial at King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. She has clinical experience in Operative dentistry. She published many articles in various journals. She has membership in many dental societies. She has attended and participated in many conferences worldwide. 

Research: Dr. Dalia Abdullah Mohammed Abuelenain’s research interest focuses on Conservative Dentistry Physical and mechanical properties of  dental polymers, Dental ceramics Biomaterial modification in dentistry and innovations in dental materials. 

Dr. Saranjit Singh Bhasin is currently working as a professor of Prosthodontics at Jamia Millia Islamia, a Central University, India. He has been actively involved in teaching Material Sciences as applied to Dentistry to both BDS and MDS students. He is also the member of Indian Prosthodontics Society, Academy of Oral Implantology of India and Indian Dental Association. He has received memberships in professional bodies. At present he is editor-in-chief of Journal of Academy of Oral Implantology and editorial board member of the IPS.

Research: Dr. Saranjit Singh Bhasin’s interests focus on metallic biomaterials and have been associated with research work involving Dental Implants at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU and Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (INMAS).
