Dr. Arcady Putilov received his PhDs (candidate and doctor of science) from the Institute of Physiology (Novosibirsk) and the Siberian Medical University (Tomsk), He is a research group leader at the Institute for Molecular Biology and Biophysics (Novosibirsk) and has experience in study of rhythmic processes in physiology, biochemistry, zoology, ecology, psychology, psychiatry, and history. His other research interests include sleep regulation, personality, individual differences, evolutionary psychology, and history and also authored several hundred scientific publications including books and articles that are published in  peer reviewed international journals. He also writes for the general public about sleep, biological rhythms, mood disorders, psychology, and history of science.

Sangeeta Singg is a licensed psychologist and a professor of psychology at the Angelo State University (ASU) where she started the graduate counseling psychology program and served as the Program Director for many years.  She has done her PhD, Psychology in Guidance Counseling and Special Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce and also a certified Applied Clinical Nutritionist and Purification and Weight Loss Coach. Her publications are in the areas of health and counseling/clinical psychology. She is currently serving as the president of the Psychological Association of Greater West Texas (PAGWT).  In November 2016, PAGWT recognized her with a prestigious award, “Outstanding Leadership in Psychology Award.” Serving on the Board of Directors of American Heart Association, Tom Green County Division for 32 years, four times as the Board President, she received recognition for her service and volunteerism for over 30 years and was named Go Red Ambassador in 2009. She has also selected as a “Top Psychologist in San Angelo, Texas” by the International Association of HealthCare Professionals and listed in their publication, Worldwide Leaders in Health Care, 2016.

From 1978 to 1988 (Dec), he was employed by Astra Läkemedel AB with the position of Head of CNS Drugs when he left to take up his appointment as Professor and Chair of Biological Psychology. he have the position of Guest or Visiting Professor at: University of Hawaii at Manoa, Örebro University, Karlstad University, Kalmar University, Madrid University and received an Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award from St. Joseph’s College, North Point (2010), and Honorary Doctorship, Professorship and Membership Awards from the Polish Academy

Dr. Katzman is the Clinic Director and Staff Psychiatrist at the S.T.A.R.T. Clinic (Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Rehabilitation, and Treatment) for Mood and Anxiety Disorders. He is also a faculty member at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (Laurentian University and Lakehead University). He is also appointed in the Department of Psychology at Lakehead University and is a member of the Faculty of Psychology at Adler School of Professional Studies. Dr. Katzman was trained at the University of Toronto, first undertaking his B.Sc. in Psychology and Neuroscience, and subsequently his medical training and residency and postdoctoral fellowship. Dr. Katzman’s clinical work deals chiefly with the diagnosis and treatment of adults suffering with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as those suffering with Attention Deficit Disorders, Executive Dysfunction and chronic pain, providing expert diagnostic assessment, and pharmacological treatment as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in both group and individual formats, psychodynamic treatment and Mindfulness Based Treatments.
Research: Dr. Katzman research primarily involves examining the psychological manifestations associated with the prefrontal cortex and related associated tracts and organ systems in mood, anxiety and traumatic disorders. The focus of this research has been directed at Hypofrontality, Executive Dysfunction, Intolerance of Uncertainty and Low Hedonic Tone as well as the drivers of Motivation and Energy in relation to the development of a variety of comorbidities and treatment resistance. Dr. Katzman is also a founding member of the Board of Directors as well as the founding and current Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada/Association Canadienne des Troubles Anxieux (ADAC/ACTA). He is the chair of a variety of scientific advisory boards, on the editorial board for a number of journals, and has published numerous papers in the areas of Anxiety, Mood, Pain and Attention Disorders.
