Anthropometric data of Nigerian male and female agro equipment operators was determined as the operators were in a
standing position. Field workers that facilitated the anthropometric measurements were trained and grouped into three
groups – namely, coordinating supervisors, data collating officers and data collecting officers. The anthropometric data
were collated from various individuals within the ages of (18 to 60) years from three states in each of the six geopolitical
zones in Nigeria

Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) is a key excipient in formulation and production of pharmaceutical solid dosage forms such
as tablets. In this study, the microcrystalline cellulose (Novicel™) obtained from sugarcane bagasse (a waste material from
sugarcane factories) was compared with Avicel PH 101 (a commercially available MCC) for its physicochemical characteristics
and potential as a dry binder in direct compression of ascorbic acid tablets.

Alan Turing and John McCarthy (1950-1955) coined the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) 70 years ago. Today AI is a reality for some areas of medicine, both human and veterinary, and other technological areas. Materializing into a transformative force within the new human, animal and ecological reality of preservation and sustainable development.

Eczema herpeticum (EH) is a skin infection caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV) that occurs in individuals with atopic
dermatitis. It is characterized by the sudden appearance of vesicles and erosions with crusts over areas affected by eczema.
EH can range from mild and self-limiting in healthy adults to life-threatening in children, infants, and immunocompromised patients. Early treatment with antiviral therapy is crucial in preventing complications and mortality. EH is primarily
caused by a superinfection of HSV, usually HSV-1, in individuals with atopic dermatitis. Reactivation of HSV is more common than primary infection. Patients with atopic dermatitis are more susceptible to skin infections due to impaired skin barrier function and immune dysregulation. Disseminated cutaneous HSV infection can also occur in individuals with other
forms of dermatitis, known as Kaposi varicelliform eruption (KVE)

The primary donor sites for collecting bone in the oral cavity to replace missing ridges are the mandibular symphysis or ramus. Although successful, these bone transplants can nevertheless raise a number of issues, including donor site morbidity,
nerve paresthesia, the devitalization of native teeth, and postoperative sequelae . Allogeneic block grafts were developed to
address these concerns and a lack of autogenous intraoral bone available for grafting

Rapid data collection can provide an insight into causation, the socio-cultural reality, and complex social processes. This is
especially important in disease outbreaks when information is quickly required on local needs that is essential for success.
Quantitative data alone are not sufficient to provide an in-depth understanding. The challenge is to use a rapid data collection
approach that can provide practical solutions by integrating the available evidence, professional expertise, and stakeholder
experiences. This viewpoint reflects the opinions of the author that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of rapid
data collection and the presentation of an approach that can be implemented with minimal interference in a health promotion
and healthcare program context

Justificative: This trial was conducted in order to register a new generic product of Rivaroxaban.
Objective: To evaluate the bioequivalence of rivaroxaban formulations manufactured by Eurofarma Laboratórios S/A and
the reference drug, Xarelto (Bayer) under fasting and fed conditions.
Methods: Three randomized, open label, balanced, 2 treatments, 4 periods, 2 sequences, single dose, full replicate, crossover
studies in 48 healthy adult human subjects under fed and fasting conditions for rivaroxaban 10 mg and 20 mg. Rivaroxaban
concentrations in plasma were determined using a validated HPLC-MS/MS method.

Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare ulcerating skin disease often presenting as an extra intestinal manifestation of IBD and is
difficult to manage. Treatment options for pyoderma gangrenosum include steroids, calcineurin inhibitors and anti TNF
agents. Here in, we report a case of recurrent Pyoderma gangrenosum with Ulcerative Colitis that was successfully managed
with Tofacintib, a JAK inhibitor

The BDNF/TrkB signaling is a robust regulatory feature of neuronal cells that promotes survival, differentiation, and proliferation in a variety of cell types and animal models for neurodegenerative diseases. The activation of TrkB by BDNF in clinical trials is accompanied by remarkable side effects and appears to be challenging due to BDNF's adverse molecular profile

Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis (LCV) characterizes various small vessel vasculitis types primarily affecting the skin, with occasional internal organ involvement. This inflammation involves immune-complex deposition within dermal capillaries and
venues. Although idiopathic in origin, potential triggers, including antibiotic-related factors, must be considered. LCV presents across a spectrum of severity, sometimes extending to ulcers. Diagnosis involves clinical assessment, history, lab tests,
and crucially, skin biopsy.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is considered as the most common pediatric malignancy with 80% of frequency in children between 1 and 10 years old. With the evolution of science, improved diagnosis and adapted treatment, all survival rates
increased to a possibility of 80%.
Philadelphia chromosome like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-Like ALL) is a recent genetic discovery characterized by a
gene expression profile and high frequency of IKZF1 gene alteration similar to that of BCR-ABL1 positive ALL with a poor
outcome.
