Biography

Dr. Noshin Fatima (CEng, MIET, PEC, BEM Registered) is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Engineering at UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her research focuses on sustainable organic and perovskite green energy devices, flexible and wearable electronics for healthcare, multifunctional nanomaterials for sensing and energy storage, and circular economy approaches such as repurposing degraded solar cells into sensors. Dr. Fatima earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics) from Capital University of Science & Technology, Pakistan (2015–2018), where her thesis focused on Organic Dye Based Opto-Electronic Devices and Sensors. She also holds an M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science & Technology (2013–2015), and a B.Eng. in Electronics from COMSATS Institute of Science & Technology (2007–2011). She has further enhanced her academic and professional credentials with a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching (UCSI University, 2024) and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM-GAP, UNITEN University, 2024–2025), sponsored by UCSI University.
