Biography

Dr. Ensieh Ghasemian Lemraski is an Associate Professor of Physical Chemistry at Ilam University, Iran. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Bu Ali Sina University. Her research expertise spans surface chemistry, nanomaterials, surface modification techniques, and drug delivery systems. She has made significant contributions to the design and development of advanced nanocomposites, photocatalysts, and adsorbent materials for environmental and biomedical applications. Dr. Lemraski has published over 67 peer-reviewed international research papers and one Springer Nature book chapter, with her work appearing in reputed journals such as Scientific Reports, Materials Today Communications, Colloids and Surfaces A, and International Journal of Nanomedicine. Her impactful research has earned her an h-index of 18 and i10-index of 29. She has also presented more than 30 papers at national and international conferences. An accomplished academic and research mentor, Dr. Lemraski has supervised numerous M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses in physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry. Her postdoctoral research focused on electrocatalyst and photoelectrocatalyst systems for sulfur compound elimination, advancing green and sustainable chemistry approaches. She has also led funded research projects supported by the Iran National Science Foundation. Dr. Lemraski’s ongoing research integrates surface modification, nanostructured catalysts, and polymer-based materials, with applications in drug delivery, environmental remediation, and energy materials, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary vision in nanoscience and technology.
