Sysmex UF-4000/5000 uses fluorescence flow cytometry technology and hydrodynamic focusing for urine sediment analysis, where particles are stained by specific fluorochromes for nucleic acids and surface structures and then sent through the semi-conductor laser beam. Atypical cells show side fluorescence and scattered light properties indicating their enlarged nuclei and increased nucleus/ cytoplasm ratio

: Colporrhexis is separation of vaginal fornix from cervix and is a rare but serious cause of major obstetric haemorrhage in women during labor. Immediate clinical diagnosis is difficult but must be anticipated if haemorrhage continues despite contracted uterus following delivery. Rapid resuscitation and decision of laparotomy with either repair or hysterectomy is key in preventing maternal mortality.

Previous studies reported that the paraspinal muscles of adolescents with severe idiopathic scoliosis scheduled for surgery contain higher proportion of type Ⅰ fibers on the convex side. However, the muscle properties are unknown in mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. The objective of this study was to evaluate the differences among the convex, concave and control sides of the paraspinal muscles in patients with mild AIS and healthy individuals and to help in the treatment of mild AIS patients.

Critically ill Covid-19 patients are characterized by an uncontrolled cytokine storm that reflects a profoundly dysregulated immune response and represents probably the major factor contributing to mortality. Cytokines can lead to vascular leakage, activation of complement, and activation of the coagulation cascade, which in turn cause acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), myocardial dysfunction, hypotension, and coagulopathy [1-3].

Fifteen studies, representing over 2,500 patients, have found that up to 40% of patients continue to have abdominal pain and symptoms after cholecystectomy. As a result, there is increasing interest in non-operative approaches for managing patients with symptomatic gallstones. The goal of this study was to summarize the existing evidence and identify remaining evidence gaps for the medical treatment of symptomatic gallstone disease: including synthetic phospholipids, synthetic bile acids, choleretics, cholesterollowering medications, and diet

Regular whole-flock treatments and long-term repeated use of similar anthelmintics has led to the development of anthelmintic resistance and widespread epidemic of sheep nematodiasis. The current work was carried out to understand the prevalence of gastrointestinal nematodes in Ordos fine-wool sheep and to evaluate the efficacy of currently used anthelmintics.

Efficient orthogonal arrays with three factors having two, three and four levels were constructed with balance and orthogonal property for lowest common multiples of runs. The two forms of balance coefficient were used for classifying the designs into two; and minimum aberration criteria were used to determine designs with less aberration. The designs constructed using the maximum form of balance coefficient has the less aberration in both the Generalized Minimum Aberration and Minimum Moment Aberration criteria.

The delivery of the drug at a predetermined controlled rate and its systemic effect is utmost important. Topically administered medicaments in the form of patches is being popular for its effectiveness. The main objective of this research was to formulate matrix-moderated transdermal patch of diclofenac potassium and to evaluate them concerning various in-vitro parameters.
