Myofibroma is a rare perivascular tumor that can present in soft tissue, or less commonly, intraosseously. A twelve year-old female patient’s case of myofibroma in the mandible is reported with clinical presentation, imaging findings, histologic findings, treatment, and short-term follow-up.

Biofilm is a common mode of fungal growth in clinical infection and Candida albicans is one of the species that are the most frequently associated with biofilm infection which has a significant impact on morbidity and mortality. In the mode of biofilm, C. albicans tends to display high resistance to body immunity and antimicrobial agents.

Right main stem bronchial intubation (RMSBI) causes morbidity during neonatal assisted ventilation. A rare case of idiopathic temporomesial encephalocele in a 64 years old female is presented. The clinical symptoms of this adult patient were spontaneous rhinorrhea and headaches. A temporomesial encephalocele could be diagnosed and the cele was removed surgically in two operative procedures.

However, endometrial ablation is not a contraceptive treatment. We report two cases of pregnancy after NovaSure® endometrial ablation. Case 1 is a pregnancy in a 44-year old woman.

The posterior approach to the hip joint involves operating in close proximity to the sciatic nerve. Iatrogenic injury to the sciatic nerve has been reported to occur in 0.6 - 1.9% of cases [1].
