Processes in Experiences with Uncertainty: How to Approach?
Design of the paper is on the line of combining different knowledge in one space and separating the communicative aspects. The goal of the article is to present a multilevel spacetime model to combine uncertainties to the form of information that gives new possibilities for social interaction and personal growth and development. The study limited itself with studies in three fields-mathematics (AI, number enneagram structures), sociology and world development (interactions visualized with graphs).
The Psychopath as an Irrational Agent: A Canadian Criminal Law Perspective by Kevin Moustapha
The purpose of this study is to look at the capacity of psychopaths to act in a rational manner within the meaning of section 16 of the
Canadian Criminal Code. We therefore focus on certain neuroscientific studies in order to see whether they can inform us about the
disorders that psychopaths suffer from, and whether those disorders could have an impact on their ability to act rationally. If they do, then
psychopathy could be an ailment that triggers the section 16 defence of not criminally responsible owing to a mental disorder and also the
implications of the Supreme Court of Canada decision in Bouchard-Lebrun.
The Existence of International Criminal Justice and Liability
International Criminal Justice is seen with the bi-focal lens of liability under municipal laws, enforced by the local courts and international laws enforced by international tribunals. Another limb to this is the application of Customary International Laws to crimes within national jurisdictions as certain crimes are seen as universal deeming such submergible under municipal laws. Implementation of treaties become relevant in this regard due to the important roles of consenting nations in abiding by the principles of law designed to tackle crimes internationally and the exigent need to keep the peace within the local jurisdictions.
Gross and Histopathological Alterations in Experimental Trypanosoma Evansi Infection in Donkeys and the Effect of Isometamidium Chloride Treatment
Trypanosoma evansi (T. evansi) infection causes wasting and fatal animal trypanosomosis. This study was aimed at determining the gross and histopathological alterations in donkeys experimentally infected with T. evansi and the effect of isometamidium chloride treatment. Apparently healthy donkeys (N=18) of mixed sexes were randomly assigned to 3 groups; A1 (Infected-untreated), A2 (Infected, isometamidium-treated) and B (Uninfected, control) of six animals each. Each animal in infected groups had about 2.0x106 T. evansi injected through the jugular vein. Parasitaemia levels were evaluated using HCT and Mice Inoculation Test (support test). Gross and histopathological examinations were also conducted post-infection and post-treatment.
Enforcing the Laws on Public Morality against Key Populations: The Dilemma of the Ghana Police Service
The Ghana Police Service AIDS Control program with the support of the Ghana Country Office of UNFPA designed and implemented a program in 5 Regions and some Headquarters formations out of the total 14 establishments, focused on the epidemic of bad laws that criminalize certain populations and behaviours and thereby stand in the way of progress in addressing HIV.
The Gaps of Environmental Criminal Liability in Armed Conflicts and its Consequences: An Analysis under Stockholm, Geneva and Rome
Armed conflicts have always meant the ultimate expression of power and at the same time, lack of understanding among nations. Cities were destroyed, people were killed, and assets were devastated. But these are not only the loss of a war: the environmental damage comes to be considered immeasurable losses in the short, medium and long term. And this is because no nation wants to bear that cost.
Comparative Study on the Nutritional and Anti-Nutritional Compositions of Sweet and Bitter Cassava Varieties for Garri Production
A comparative study on the proximate, mineral amino acid and anti nutritional compositions of sweet and bitter cassava varieties was
done to ascertain the nutritional quality and safety after 72 h of fermentation for garri production.
Health Food and Traditional Chinese Medicine in China
Like a drug for a purpose of treating or preventing a disease, a health food has to be scientifically evaluation and officially approved before it legally is marketed in China.
The Forensic Science Effect
As a criminal defense attorney and criminology professor, I am amazed and excited that so many Americans have an interest in forensic science. When striking juries, I used to ask how many jurors watched television shows like CSI, Law and Order, and Forensic Files.
AIDS Puzzle was Solved

Development and Validation of UV Spectroscopic First Derivative Method for Simultaneous Estimation of Dapagliflozin and Metformin Hydrochloride in Synthetic Mixture
The Novel, simple, sensitive, rapid, accurate and economical and reliable First derivative spectroscopic method has been developed
for synthetic mixture of Dapagliflozin (DAPA) and Metformin hydrochloride (MET).
Tame to Torture: Psychosexual Correlations of Sex, Violence and Torture
This paper discusses the psychosexual correlations and psychological consequences related to torture and behavioral acts that are fundamentally torturous. The influence of participation by learning and the relationship of acts to thought and thought to acts are further discussed to raise awareness to the effects of torture on the torturer. Theories from multiple disciplines are presented in an integrated context to examine the correlation between fundamental psychological principles associated with acts that are torturous in nature and, therefore, innately evil.
Programming Scripts for Simple and Complex Paternity Testing based on Open-Source Programming Language from the R Project
Programming scripts were written for the statistical analysis of genetic data from simple cases and complex cases of undetermined paternity. The methods presented here involve algorithms constructed with R, an open-source and increasingly popular programming language used for calculations and statistics; these methods also involve conditional probability analysis, Bayes’ Theorem, and pedigree analysis.
Stature Estimation from the Anthropometric Measurements of Footprint in Iban Ethnics of East Malaysia by Regression Analysis
A person’s stature is an identifying characteristic that is often used in forensic investigation. Footprint is the one of the valuable physical evidence encountered in the crime scenes and examination of barefoot impressions is important especially in developing countries like India, Malaysia where majority of the rural population like to walk barefooted because of socio-economic and climatic reasons.
The Flesh Fly Sarcophaga (Liopygia) crassipalpis Macquart 1839 as an Invader of a Corpse in Calabria (Southern Italy)
We present an indoor forensic case that occurred in spring 2013 in Cosenza (southern Italy). The entomological evidence collected at the scene consisted of Calliphoridae (Calliphora vicina, Lucilia sericata), Sarcophagidae (Sarcophaga crassipalpis), Fanniidae (Fannia scalaris) and Muscidae (Hydrotaea ignava).
Analysis of Sweat Simulant Mixtures using Multiplexed Arrays of DNA-Carbon Nanotube Vapor Sensors
Carbon nanotube (NT) based electronic vapor sensors were tested against synthetic sweat solutions, consisting of 13 volatile organic
compounds (VOCs) in saline, in order to probe the device ability to analyze and differentiate vapors derived from complex biological
samples.
