Historical approaches to managing urachal anomalies in adult patients have shown a lack of denitive
consensus between conservative and surgical management strategies. Our objective was to assess and consolidate existing literature regarding the diagnosis and treatment of asymptomatic urachal anomalies in adult patients.

Pulmonary nocardiosis is a rare chronic suppurative granulomatous disease, which is easily misdiagnosed as lung cancer and other diseases. Early diagnosis is beneficial to the patients rehabilitation. We herein report a case of myasthenia gravis in a 64 year old female patient with a space occupying lesion in the right lower lung

National Lung Cancer Screening programs have evolved in their implementation worldwide. This manuscript is
delivered by a multidisciplinary panel in lung cancer screening. It aims to identify and present existing evidence regarding similarities and differences as well as teachable moments that have arisen through national implementation of lung cancer screening
programs.

We present a 2-year-old boy known case of Spinal muscular atrophy type 2 presented with acute onset quadriparesis following a trivial trauma. On admission child had flaccid quadriparesis without bladder-bowel or respiratory involvement. His blood investigations, MRI Spine and Brain were unremarkable.

The detection of pathogenic bacteria is vital to food safety. Pathogenic bacteria are monitored by traditional culture-based
methods (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, 2019). However, several molecular methods are also used to detect food-borne
pathogenic bacteria. These include conventional PCR (polymerase chain reaction), real-time PCR, and loop-mediated isothermal
DNA amplification (LAMP) [1]

End stage renal disease in patients with junctional epidermolysis bullosa (JEB) pose distinctive clinical and management
challenges. Their fragile skin, frequent infections, nutritional deficiencies, and ongoing inflammation can fasten kidney
deterioration. Creating and maintaining dialysis access is especially dicult in these individuals, as their delicate skin and
poor wound healing often result in repeated access issues or serious complications. Here we report a case of 23 year old female who
after initiation of hemodialysis started to develop blistering disease with occurrence of multiple bulla over skin and mucous
membrane and faced multiple issues in creating vascular access.

Although the discovery of the V617F mutation in the JAK2 gene has modified the understanding and treatment of polycythemia vera (PV), some patients display complex characteristics not recognized in the recent 2022 WHO classification. In the case reported here, no JAK2V617F nor JAK2 exon 12 mutations were identified

The steady population growth in Rajshahi City has led to an increase in construction activities to fulfill its growing infrastructural demand. The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of these urban construction activities on urban communities' physical and mental health in Rajshahi City. We applied a mixed-method approach to carry out this study. Data were collected through a semi-structured questionnaire from 150 respondents who are residing near ongoing major construction sites.

Penicillin and streptomycin are the most commonly used to prevent bacterial infection or contamination in cell culture. However, the role of Penicillin-streptomycin in inducing mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) to differentiate into cardiomyocytes is unclear. To illustrate the mechanism of penicillin-streptomycin on inducing mESCs differentiation into cardiomyocytes, we firstly investigated mESCs differentiation into cardiomyocytes by the traditional method. e timespace expressions of cardiac-specific genes were detected by real-time PCR and western blotting at 8 different time-points
over a period of 36 days.

Objective: The aim of this project consists of the evaluation of the cell viability of adipose tissue (AT) harvested using
the Superficial Enhanced Fluid Fat Injection (SEFFI) procedure standardized by the Authors (AG, FPB). The harvesting
procedure was performed using two different cannulas having 0.8 mm and 1 mm side-port holes, respectively. Cells phe-
notype and ability to adhere to the plastic surface have been analysed. 'Ihe results have been compared to those recorded
in adipose tissue harvested using a liposuction system and processed with enzymatic digestion (collagenase).

Abstract
Purpose: In this article, we review main clinical trials reported in the past decade.
Methods: Stem cells are relatively undifferentiated, with unlimited proliferative ability; self-renewal capability and also they can
differentiate into specialized cells. Somatic stem cells in adult organisms are responsible for regenerating and self-renewing tissue,
Many different stem cell types reside in the eye.
Results: One of the most important stem cells is limbal stem cell that retains in an undifferentiated state and exists in an optimal
microenvironment or "niche". The importance of limbal stem cells in maintaining the corneal epithelium throughout life has long been
recognized. Furthermore, stem cells in the retina have been for treatment of the retinal degeneration, which generally results
in constant visual disturbance or even blindness.
Conclusion: This review will briefly focus on the principal stem cells in the eye especially limbal stem cells.

Introduction: Buccal mucosal urethroplasty has revolutionized the surgical management of urethral strictures but the success of the
procedure has been variable in different series. We have attempted to understand the interplay between buccal mucosal epithelial cells
(BME) and the fibroblasts at the molecular level using connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) as a marker so that translation of this
information would help in better urethroplasty outcomes.

In Brazil, the incidence of spinal cord injury (SCI) reaches 40 new cases/year/million. In other words, there are almost 6 to 8
thousand new cases per year, 80% of which are males, and 60% fall between the ages of 10 and 30.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the bond strength of fiberglass posts cemented with Rely X U200 and Rely X Luting 2, with (A) and without (WA) ultrasonic activation in the root canal of bovine teeth. The penetration of the cements into dentine tubules was also assessed. Methods: Forty bovine incisors were selected and endodontically treated, and then divided into 4 groups (n = 10). Fiberglass posts were cemented with Rely X U200 and Rely X Luting 2 and activated with an ITSMO ultrasound insert in 2 groups; the other two groups received no ultrasonic activation. After 24 hours of cementation, the roots were sectioned into slices of approximately 1 mm each.
