However. underserved areas, multiple barriers hinder caregivers from seeking formal medical Care, leading to delays in treatment. Socioeconomic factors, logistical challenges, and cultural beliefs, including the use Of traditional remedies, Significantly impact emergency care accessibility. This study was conducted in Ibb. Yemen. to examine these challenges and explore potential solutions. Objectives: Study aimed to identify key barriers preventing timely pediatric emergency Care in Yemen. Additionally, it examined the role of traditional remedies in delaying formal medical treatment and assessed how healthcare systems can address these challenges. Methods: A mixed-methods approach Was used to gather both quantitative and qualitative data- Surveys Were conducted with 600 caregivers and 200 healthcare providers to assess their experiences with emergency care access. Additionally, interviews, social media posts, and university lectures provided further insights into caregivers' decision-making processes. Data analysis focused on identifying patterns related to financial constraints, transportation challenges, healthcare facility avail and the influence Of Cultural beliefs on treatment-seeking behaviors. Results: Findings revealed that financial difficulties, limited healthcare infrastructure. and transportation barriers were the primary factors delaying emergency care for children in Ibbi Yemen- A significant proportion Of caregivers reported using traditional remedies before seeking formal medical attention. Often due to Cultural beliefs, lack Of trust in healthcare providers, or financial limitations. Healthcare providers acknowledged these challenges and emphasized the need for improved education and community engagement to encourage timely medical intervention. Conclusion: Addressing barriers to pediatric emergency care in Ibb, Yemen, requires a multifaceted approach, including expanding healthcare access, improving transportation services, and integrating culturally sensitive health education programs. Healthcare systems should collaborate with community leaders and traditional healers to foster trust and encourage timely medical care. By addressing these barriers, healthcare accessibility can be improved, ultimately reducing preventable delays and enhancing child health outcomes in Ibb, Yemen.

On admission child had flaccid quadriparesis without bladder-bowel or respiratory involvement. His blood investigations, MRI Spine and Brain were unremarkable.

End stage renal disease in patients with junctional epidermolysis bullosa (JEB) pose distinctive clinical and management challenges. Their fragile skin, frequent infections, nutritional deficiencies, and ongoing inflammation can fasten kidney deterioration. Creating and maintaining dialysis access is especially dicult in these individuals, as their delicate skin and poor wound healing often result in repeated access issues or serious complications. Here we report a case of 23 year old female who after initiation of hemodialysis started to develop blistering disease with occurrence of multiple bulla over skin and mucous membrane and faced multiple issues in creating vascular access.

The steady population growth in Rajshahi City has led to an increase in construction activities to fulfill its growing infrastructural demand. The aim of this study is to assess the impacts of these urban construction activities on urban communities' physical and mental health in Rajshahi City. We applied a mixed-method approach to carry out this study. Data were collected through a semi-structured questionnaire from 150 respondents who are residing near ongoing major construction sites.

Penicillin and streptomycin are the most commonly used to prevent bacterial infection or contamination in cell culture. However, the role of Penicillin-streptomycin in inducing mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) to differentiate into cardiomyocytes is unclear. To illustrate the mechanism of penicillin-streptomycin on inducing mESCs differentiation into cardiomyocytes, we firstly investigated mESCs differentiation into cardiomyocytes by the traditional method. e timespace expressions of cardiac-specific genes were detected by real-time PCR and western blotting at 8 different time-points over a period of 36 days.

Objective: The aim of this project consists of the evaluation of the cell viability of adipose tissue (AT) harvested using the Superficial Enhanced Fluid Fat Injection (SEFFI) procedure standardized by the Authors (AG, FPB). The harvesting procedure was performed using two different cannulas having 0.8 mm and 1 mm side-port holes, respectively. Cells phe- notype and ability to adhere to the plastic surface have been analysed. 'Ihe results have been compared to those recorded in adipose tissue harvested using a liposuction system and processed with enzymatic digestion (collagenase).

Methods: Stem cells are relatively undifferentiated, with unlimited proliferative ability; self-renewal capability and also they can differentiate into specialized cells. Somatic stem cells in adult organisms are responsible for regenerating and self-renewing tissue, Many different stem cell types reside in the eye. Results: One of the most important stem cells is limbal stem cell that retains in an undifferentiated state and exists in an optimal microenvironment or "niche". The importance of limbal stem cells in maintaining the corneal epithelium throughout life has long been recognized. Furthermore, stem cells in the retina have been for treatment of the retinal degeneration, which generally results in constant visual disturbance or even blindness. Conclusion: This review will briefly focus on the principal stem cells in the eye especially limbal stem cells.
